RUN don't walk away from this inaccurate property listing
RUN, do not walk AWAY from this listing. We tried to stay here over Thanksgiving break. The property did not feel well maintained. The bathtub did not drain, the paint was cracked, many of the electric outlets did not work. It was not well stocked for a visit from out of the country. 1 tiny shampoo bottle for an 8 day stay. 1 hair dryer to be shared by 5 women. But the real reason for this warning is that the heat did not work and further the original windows on this old unit do not fit into the window sockets. They rattle and clank all night long and allow a full draft of winter to come through, exacerbated by the fact that there was no heat. We slept with our winter coats on for 2 nights awaiting a repair that technicians were unable to accomplish. We finally left 6 nights early and checked into a hotel. This property is managed by My City Residences. Therefore none of the quality guarantees offered by VRBO apply. VRBO does not stand behind this booking because the financial transaction takes place on the property manager’s platform. My City Residences verbally agreed to refund the 6 nights I did not stay here, but then sent a refund that shortchanged us by 1,083 pounds. Now they are completely unresponsive to both me and VRBO. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

Property was poorly maintained. Oven, disposal didn’t work. Wi-fi never worked well. Unit was ground and basement unit that was noisy. Subway ran under unit all night and noisy. Walls were scared up and looked dirty looking told by manager didn’t have time to paint. Owners just seemed to not really care

Marylebone flat
The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. Fewer decorative items would make shelving and tables more usable. Bed mattresses excellent. Utility room great for drying clothes. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you!
