General House Rules:

No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas and should dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets Allowed with Approval & Fee: Pets are welcome subject to approval and an applicable pet fee. Owners are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, and owners must clean up after them.

Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

Pool Safety Rules:
No Diving or Jumping: For safety reasons, diving or jumping into the pool is not allowed.

No Glass Containers: Please use plastic or non-breakable containers in the pool area to prevent accidents from broken glass.

No Running: The pool deck can be slippery; refrain from running to avoid falls.

Children Must Be Supervised: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area.

No Unsupervised Swimming: Swimming alone is discouraged. Always have someone nearby in case of emergencies.

Shower Before Entering: To maintain water quality, please shower before using the pool.

Keep Gate Closed: Ensure the pool gate is closed at all times to prevent unsupervised access, especially by children.
