Warum steht in der Lagebeschreibung eine ganz andere Adresse, wo doch die eigentliche Adresse 303 Stanhope Street viel besser ist. Für eine New York Tour super, 2 U-Bahn-Linien fußläufig erreichbar, Nahversorgung, usw. Leider ist die Kommunikation sehr knapp und einiges auch nur auf Nachfrage (Wifi). „Eine gute Unterkunft mit 3 Subway Stationen in der Nähe - zwischen 6 und 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit mit der NY Ferry zu fahren, da ist der Weg jedoch etwas länger, ca. 20 Minuten. Der Ausblick ist dafür umso besser und der Weg übers Wasser ist auch schöner, als mit der Subway. Das Zimmer war an sich OK, wenn jedoch nicht unterm Bett sich Staub sichtbar angesammelt hat. Dort wird wohl eher seltener gesaugt, obwohl man alles gut mit dem Staubsauger erreichen ...
