EXCELLENT STAY!
What struck me most was how clean the property was and how considerate the owner was! They communicated well, had enough toilet paper and essentials to make us comfortable and not having to run to the store every second. The owners seemed very aware of what a person might need to get by. Ping pong, the big tv and the yard were bonuses!!! Very comfy open atmospheres!

Wonderful home and great hosts
This home was an incredible place to stay. Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Our extended family, that included eleven adults and teens, found there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Everyone enjoyed the theater room and ping pong table. Devin was a great host that made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at the property and we hope to stay here on future trips back to the Boulder area.

However, there is a ping pong table which was fun for all of us ! Small back yard. House is in tight subdivision. No privacy on back deck but there are beautiful Mountain Views.

We chose this property based on the size and amenities. Our family traveled to Colorado for a family wedding at Sunrise Amphitheater. Hotel rooms were reserved for wedding guests in Boulder. This property had lots of space to unwind. The downstairs was perfect for the 2 and 3 yo ring bearers to play and watch movies. Much better than them being cooped up in a hotel room. The drive into Boulder for the wedding activities wasn’t exactly convenient. But we knew our stay Here would require some driving. The owner was great at communicating to make sure the house was well stocked etc. it is a beautiful home with lots of extras. If I was traveling with a large group, I would stay here again.

Husbands golden bday and our anniversary
I booked this property to surprise my husband with some of his friends from all over, for his birthday and our wedding anniversary. The house was absolutely immaculate and had accommodations for everything you could think of. Spices, cookware, condiments, coffee bar. Speakers upstairs and down, chargers for any type of phone in every room, toys for children, rooms were gorgeous fresh clean beds with towels in every room. They really go above and beyond. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining your group. Popcorn machine, awesome sound system, projector, record table, workout area. Our friends departed for our anniversary half and it’s just as perfect for couples. Romantic lights and fireplace out back and perfect for a movie night in too. Close to town and everytbing you need! Best place we’ve booked yet.

We've stayed at a lot of properties on VRBO. The Mead home was definitely tops for the condition, size and amenities. We had 3 different families staying and ALL raved about how beautiful the house was. The size was perfect for our group. We were able to comfortably gather for our daughter's wedding weekend. The home was well stocked with supplies. The coffee bar was a huge hit. We were amazed at everything it included. The location of this house was perfect for our Lafayette wedding weekend as well as a family trek to Rocky National Park. I would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!
This is a beautiful home with many extras. My family were visiting for a wedding in Lyons and it was a perfect location for Lyons, as well as Estes Park and Denver. We really appreciated the supplies for baby/toddler with the high chair, pack and play, toys, fence to block the steps and a rocking chair. My family really enjoyed the awesome cupcakes, coffee bar and fire pit. It was a busy week so we didn't have time to enjoy the theater however it is a great setup. We would not hesitate to return to this home again. This is an awesome home!

Beautiful New home with easy access to Boulder/Estes.
The hosts provide so much more than most houses we have rented, from gym equipment all the way down to the teas, coffee and creamer. Wonderful place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Awesome location for Lyons,CO wedding event
We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend with 8 adults and an infant and had a great experience. 15/20 minutes to the venue in Lyons CO, and 25/30 to the rehearsal dinner venue in Boulder. Great communication from owner. Super clean and comfortable basically brand new home. 3 parking spots in the driveway and 1 or 2 additional in the street. I thought it was even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. We were too busy to use the fire pit and backyard, or the movie area in the basement- but they looked really nice! My only minor complaint were microfiber sheets on the beds because I’m just not a fan of those- but really everything was very nice, new and well cleaned and maintained. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.
