„We were thrilled by the convenient location of beautiful Casa Chica! We were within a short walk of everything. Restaurants, pools, the beach and the little store which had a variety of items to choose from. „Casa was as advertised. Being 55 would’ve liked a ground level patio. Lots of steps to 2nd floor. Couple things could use a refresh or update but nothing critical. Great location to beach. As others have said, not much privacy, can easily hear neighbors, workers or those walking by. Pools are very nice and clean. Complex is very well maintained. “
