Luxury House El Divino, 3 A/C, 5G high speed. WI-FI. 10min to beach/facilities

Spacious terraced house in end of the row, 101 m2 with private fenced garden both in front and backyard. Lovely view to the pool/ garden area. Roof terrace ,50 m2 with shower. Close to 7 km long beach, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, kiting, sailing, golf and the old town. 3 air-cons, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. 32" TV with 22 channels, mostly british and Spanish. Towels, bedlinnen, beach towels included. Keyholder meet you and show you the house. Cleaning after your stay is included in the rent. The street in front of the house is blocked for traffic by gates (private key). The house is equipped and furnished to a very high standard in a secured gated complex. Residential complex which has rules that must be respected. (this information is given to avoid bad behavier in our complex) 2 patios, one overlooking the garden and one overlooking the swimming pool (10meters away) and a lovely garden area. Spacious terrace with awning in front of the house. 2 bedrooms each with a balcony and air-con/heater. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and el.kettle. Lounge/dining area with air-con/heater. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets within a short walk. As there are long sandy and safe beaches it is perfect for children as there are hardly no waves in Mar Menor and the water is shallow. There are numerous golf courses in the neighbourhood. The famous La Manga golf within 30 minutes drive of Los Alcazares. Se note on 'further' details. Nearby airports are Corvera, 35 minutes by car . Opend 16th of January 2019, and Alicante 60 minutes by car, both are served by many low-fare airlines. Golf/tennis/shopping.: Los Alcazares is becoming known as the golf centre of the Costa Calida, with exceptional courses such as La Serena, Roda and Mar Menor Golf on your doorsteps. A public tennis-course is within 20 min. walk. The little town has a cozy athmosfere with lots of bars, pubs, and restaurants with cuisine from different places of the world. There are supermarkets which are open on Sundays within a short walk, and charming markets on Thuesdays and Saturdays, and you can have nice walks in the old part of the town which also contents good restaurants and charming small shops. . Banks/ATM avilable within 5 min walk as well as hairdressers and other small shops.
Please note that in case anything happens during stay that is out of my control such as f.ex TV router stop working. WiFi disconnection or electrical installation stops working does not give you the right to claim a compensation since it is something out of my control. Please read houserules carefully to avoid misunderstandings. And notice there are community rules wich we all want to respect for a good invironment amongst people.

Although this house is on a nice complex the property itself is very tired and is in dire need of updating. Unfortunately we encountered many small problems that made our stay less pleasant than it could have been . Property manager was very helpful

We had a great week in Marion’s house. Facilities and location were ideal and we had everything we needed. My son chose to sleep on the sofa bed which was great quality and so easy to use. Julie was on hand with any issue we needed help with. Would recommend.

Lovely house,
The house and location were fine , Quite a noisy estate and unable to use the pools because of large inflatable toys and very busy with children from very early in the morning which was a shame as it was so very hot but the Menor only 10 mins away. The Tv did not work but a neighbour tried to help And thff we n reported it to the provider but in the 9 day holiday it was still not rectified , the owner Marion tried her best.

Perfect!
This apartment is fantastic. Spotless, well equipped and great location. Will 100% be back to this apartment, 5 min walk to main strip great sized pool which is also well maintained. Loads of pool towel’s available and air con included was a must for me and it was great. Check in and out was seamless. Thank you very much and hopefully we will be back soon!

very nice house for family vacations
very nice house for family vacations and very clean, nothing to say. very nice to have the swimming pool nearby and secure. the sea is 20 minutes away on foot but there are plenty of free parking spaces. we spent a pleasant holiday in the sun and calm.

Clean, comfortable and with home comforts
We really enjoyed staying at this property with it having all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is nice and quiet whilst only being a few minutes walk from the main bar / restaurant area. The house is well equipped and has many personal touches that make it a lot friendlier than a self catering apartment. Check-in was easy and when there was a slight air conditioning problem, communication was great and it was resolved within a day. Thankyou

Well-equipped spacious duplex
We could not fault this 2 bed duplex. Rear exit of apartment was seconds from the lovely pool area with well maintained grass areas, where our teenage daughters lapped up the sun! Solarium with 2 sun loungers was an added bonus, as was the spacious front porch area where we enjoyed al fresco dining several times during our stay. Complex is very secure, perhaps too much, in that you need a key to exit and enter. We asked for a second set of keys which was no problem. Beaches are about 10 to 15 minutes walk and main street of lots of restaurants/cafes/bars is about 10 minutes walk away (exit front of complex and turn left). Overall, we had a highly enjoyable stay, thanks largely to the high standard of accommodation and well-maintained grounds and pool area of El Divino.

Hemos tenido unos bonitos días en la playa, la casa es grande, con diferentes estancias y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Las zonas comunes perfectas y limpias. No es necesario el coche para poder hacer la compra, comer, cenar, ir a la playa e incluso con la feria muy cerca para ir con los peques. Muchas gracias Marion por dejarnos disfrutar de unas bonitas vacaciones en tu apartamento. Hemos estado de 10!!

One week stay with friends
We had a lovely stay on Los Alcázares. Our arrival went smoothly, and Glenda was incredibly kind to us. The house itself is great, the two terraces found in the ground floor were wonderful, we spent a lot of dinners there, when the sun went down and the temperature was cooler. We didn't spend much time in the top terrace, since the sun isn't too forgiving up there this time of year. The pool was great, and the area the property is in is wonderful, filled with restaurants and amenities to enjoy. The beach is a 15 minute walk away, and the water is calm and really warm. We do have to mention the cleaning, however. When we arrived, the pots and pans were all due for a cleaning, as well as the glasses, plates and cutlery. We also missed a functioning mop, since both were filled with sand. We were told we were the first guests to stay this year, and this showed in the dust on the cleaning supplies and outdoors furniture. Hopefully this will have been improved to those coming after us. That said, the host provided towels and bed linen (not sheets, but duvet covers that did the job) and the air conditioning was a relief in the hotter days. Given all that, we had a very pleasant stay in the house, and even with the small mishaps, definitely recommend staying at this house.

Perfect Holiday
This is a perfect holiday house in a perfect location. It suits everyone. The pool is moments from the back patio gate, there is always a sunny and also a shaded patio to cater for all needs and for sun lovers the roof terrace with a constant breeze is perfect. The house has everything a family would need for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning works well if needed and there is also a lovely breeze that gently blows through the house when the doors and windows are open, keeping it cool and comfortable. We have stayed at El Divino many times and it is a wonderful family urbanisation with two pools that even at the height of summer are never ever too busy. There are pool rules for the comfort and benefit of all groups. These may not suit everyone as they don't allow inflatables, jumping in and and balls etc in the pool. However, as a mixed age group, we appreciated the pool was completely suitable for young and old as it never got too hectic and was very safe. A lifeguard is also on duty as en extra safety measure. We broke our habits and stayed on Albatross last time and were so pleased we returned to El Divino this year. The site is much better and much quieter, with plenty of room to relax by the pool if required. We would highly recommend this site and this property to families and couples looking for a lovely family holiday. I probably would not recommend it as highly for partying groups. Los Alcazares itself has everything needed for a great family holiday. A car is not needed as all the restaurants, shops and beaches are within easy flat walking distance. We hope to return again before too long.
