Cozy home in El Camino Village. 20 Minutes from the beach and LAX

Come stay at a quiet neighborhood that we have chosen to raise our family in! Due to family reasons, we are currently living in Japan, but plan on moving back one day. In the meantime, we are renting it out for others to also enjoy a nice relaxing stay while travelling in the Socal area.

Our home is conveniently located southwest of downtown Los Angeles, and only a 20 min taxi ride from LAX. It is a relatively safe neighborhood, where I often took my kids for walks around the block in the afternoon. There is a super market and 7-11 within walking distance (8 min).

You can also enjoy a leisurely walk down to Alondra park to enjoy the view. Be sure to also check out the Splash Pad and skate park when you are there. If you are a golf fanatic, the Alondra Golf course is a 18 hole par 3 course which is right next to the park.

If you need to go out further, there's also easy access to public transport. To get on the Metro, it is a 5 min walk to the bus station, 15 min ride on the bus to get to the Metro Crenshaw Station. The Metro can take you up to Hollywood for some sightseeing or out to Santa Monica to enjoy a stroll along the beach.

Our home is a cozy house with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all the essentials to cook a meal at home. In the living room we have a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is also a table for you to setup your mobile workstation. 300Mbps internet connection connected to Linksys Velop Mesh routers provide fast internet anywhere in the house.

My brother is helping us manage the property and will be in the detached garage in the backyard and available to take care of any issues you might have.

Besuch in Los Angeles

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern hat gut geklappt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist von den Hotspots von Los Angeles unter Berücksichtigung des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens in der Großstadt etwas weit entfernt. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft.

Really enjoyed our stay in LA

This house was the perfect size for the three of us for our fourth of July vacation to LA. It is fully decked out with everything you need and we were able to cook breakfast a few days and everything. Quiet neighborhood except on the 4th of course but that was expected and boy do they go crazy with it. Otherwise, it was nice and so close to the beaches! Loved it! We would definitely go back if we need it again.

Nice little cozy house placed in a decent area. Many food spots and gas stations around the area which made it easy for us after a day long festival. Tatami room was so cool, very good and decently priced visit. Accommodating host, book with them asap

Nice place

Very good location in Gardena. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and great communication with David. Convenient parking in the driveway. House is comfortable and beds are more than ok. Some piece of furniture may need a bit of maintenance and the shower head be more modern but overall I'd recommend the house for a short stay in LA.

Good value for the price!

The host was very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with the basics. It could’ve been a little cleaner, we did notice some dirt spots on walls/ dishes that needed to be washed, but definitely recommend if you need a stay in the LA area!

Another great stay at David's place

I have stayed at David's place before, and once again, it was ideal for my trip. A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, off-street parking in the driveway, a comfortable king-size bed, and washer & dryer, etc. David is very responsive. I would stay there again.

Needed upgrades

Overall the stay was alright. My friend and felt safe in the neighborhood. Certain things weren’t available that would have been nice to have like trash bags for the trash can and paper towels or napkins. There was absolutely no door, dresser, or closet space with hangers for my clothes in one of the bedrooms off the kitchen. Water leaked from that bedroom’s ceiling annd I had to place a towel on the floor to soak it up as it dripped all night during the rain. And the door to the backyard from that bedroom was unlocked, posing a potential security risk. The hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. The waste basket was completely cracked down one side and broken. This home should have been taken off of the rental until some of the repairs were done. The couch in the living room was quite uncomfortable and should be replaced.

Great for short stay

Needed a spot for weekend business trip and Rams game. Nice small house. 2 bedrooms. Small kitchen fully equipped. Washer and dryer. Great for short weekend stay. Nothing fancy, but exactly what I needed for a solo trip. Large smart TV in the living room. Good wifi. Large backyard, fire pit and grill. Neighborhood near Marine and Crenshaw was nice and safe. Neighbors were friendly as well. Would definitely use again for a short solo or couple's trip. Host helpful and easy to contact and responsive.
