The whole building needs to be renovated. Our room wasn’t the category that we had booked, the only thing that the guy could say about that was the fault must be on Expedias site. We took the room that he gave us because it was only one night and we didn’t have the power to discuss this after the long travel with our toddler. The room was not clean, dirt on the floor, the bathroom really needs to be renovated, bedsheet was dirty, hair in the bed and of course in the bathroom. When we walked down for breakfast there was a cup of something sticky fallen on the ground and nobody cared about that or cleaned it till the time we left.
The most annoying thing was that we forgot our sons toy suitcase in front of the building when our Lyft driver picked us up. We called the hotel when we realized that and asked them to look for it maybe in front of the building because we were sure that it wasn’t in the room. The man on the phone said they checked it twice, no suitcase left. So we drove back and guess what, the suitcase was right in front of the door, the only thing he should have done was to look out of the door. But that seemed to be too much movement. And instead of saying sorry, he tried to say it’s my fault because I didn’t say its outside.
Breakfast was very simple but we didn’t expect a lot, the table was dirty and to say it clear, we wouldn’t recommend this place.
