Summary:
Brand new (construction finished Nov '21) modern townhouse with full amenities located in Del Rey, Los Angeles- mins from Venice Beach, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica. The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters.

The Space:
Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property.

The Neighborhood:
The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you.

WOW! Beautiful Place/Beautiful View
The townhouse is bright and modern with very nice appointments. We felt special from the first moment we entered. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The living space is comfortable. The bedrooms and baths are large, comfortable and pretty. The roof terrace is a knockout. Perfect location to visit LA.

Thanksgiving in LA
The property itself was a great layout for six adults. Plenty of separation yet a common area to share. One thing that was represented online was that it was gated. However, the driveway gate is left open and the walkway gate does not lock. We had a full sized rental vehicle, Ford Expedition, that did not fit into the garage and other units did not park in their garages so sometimes it was tight parking. Finally the heater on the roof as well as the lights on the roof were not working when we arrived on Friday and we were told owners were aware. It took until Tuesday before they were repaired. We hit a cool week of weather, so we could not use it until the heater had been repaired. Enjoyed the rooftop everyday after that.

We had 5 adults and lived staying here. Seems brand new! Great kitchen and family room. Beds and pillows a dream. Quiet dead end street. Amazing roof patio with wonderful views. Enjoyed wine at night with a full moon and espresso at sunrise. Small problem with the parking gate was immediately dealt with. Definitely a 5 star rating!!

Delightful stay!
My friends and I had a delightful weekend staying at this wonderful condo. It was clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe neighborhood. We had a few questions during our stay, and the management company responded promptly and efficiently. The condo is conveniently close to many amenities and great restaurants. If we find ourselves in LA again, we will definitely return!

Fantastic Property
We are an adult family.of 4 and spent 8 nights in this property. Its actually located about 15 mins drive from Marina Del Ray and inland, but dont let that put you off. Its in a lovely, quiet and secure neighbourhood with its own integrated garage and gate. The house itself is better than you see in the photos, really tastefully done and great that everyone had their own bathrooms and bedrooms. Great facilities throughout the house, including the kitchen. We didn't walk to anything nearby, but it's really close to cafes, stores, restaurants and eat-out places, as well as good links to the freeway to get anywhere in LA. We'll definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful Property Convenient Location
Our family had a fun stay in this home. It was conveniently located for our trips to Disneyland, SoFi, and Santa Monica! The property is very clean and very secure, in a very quiet neighborhood. The roof top deck has amazing views of downtown LA, however, if you aren’t a fan of stairs, beware, as this home is 5 stories with no elevator. The only issue we had was the prior tenants left the property in shambles and it took much longer for it to be cleaned. We were not able to get into the property until after our 4pm scheduled check in time which was a little disappointing since we have a 4 year old. Overall I would still give them a 5 star based on the value for the stay!

What a great place to stay in LA! The location was perfect for my family - close to the airport and to Venice and Santa Monica. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The soap and shampoo were the best I have ever used! The beds were super comfortable. The rooftop had exquisite views, especially at night. This property is great. It is clean and well-equipped. There were 6 adults in our group so the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The rooftop deck is super nice. The location was good for the activities we had planned. There are a lot of steps so if you have anyone who cannot do steps, I wouldn't recommend. Otherwise, we would gladly return.

Perfect Property
This is a wonderful property and was a great base for our visit to LA. The place is immaculate, modern, and quite comfortable. A remote opens a large gate that leads to the driveway and also opens your private garage. The property has four levels and no elevator, which was fine for us. The rooftop deck offers amazing views of the city. There is a great coffee shop right around the corner and a solid grocery a short walk away.

Great space, not so great property management
This is a beautiful town house in a great location, I would give it a five star rating if I were rating based on this alone. The day of check in I had to reach out to them to get the address and check in process because it was never sent to me via text or email at all. When it came to checking out, you are asked to leave the garage door opener on the counter or face a $350 fine. Totally understandable because I can imagine what a nightmare it would be for them if a guest were to accidentally take off with it. We made sure to leave it exactly where we found it. 3 of us saw it. It was 1000% there. But as I am getting home, I get a call saying the garage door opener is missing. I don’t know if this is some kind of scam on their end but if you stay here, take pictures of how you leave things. I was pretty adamant on the phone that I left the stupid thing where they said to and a few hours later I got a text that it was found. This whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth and I think the owners are shady so again, if you stay here document everything to avoid the stress.

Very Accomodating!
My family and I make a trip to the area once a year, for a little R&R before our busy season in the HVAC industry hits. We travel in from Arizona but were born and raised in California. Being by the ocean and close to attractions and restaurants makes our trip worthwhile. What seals the deal for our trip is our stay's location and the amenities offered. We appreciated the space of the home, the updated decor, and the fixtures. We knew that this was a multi-level home with stairs, and it was fine for our youthful bodies, but I wouldn't recommend it for the elderly or someone who has limited mobility. The bottom floor is spacious garage access, but barely tall or long enough for a standard-size SUV (think Chevy Suburban) to fit. The second floor is the common area with a kitchen and seating. We had plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, cups, and cookware/serveware. It was nice having dishwasher pods and dish soap available to us, as well as plenty of paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels). We also appreciated having extra cabinet space to put our dried goods. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en-suite. The other bedroom does not have a bathroom in-suite but has access to their own. The laundry room offers a stacked washer and drier. The master bedroom is located on the 4th floor. The bathroom is spacious enough and the bed was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was fairly quiet as well! My family and I would happily stay here again.

Lovely, quiet, great view!
This property is 10-15 min drive to the beach (listing address is to mgt office). If you are okay with stairs, it is a 5-level condo. The place is clean, comfortable, and the rooftop view is awesome. I took my 4 adult children to see a concert and we had a blast in this place. Rented a car and drove to Venice beach on a couple of the days. We did not need to speak with mgt much, but they were available if needed. Easy to check in and out. Would def go again!

Lovely Place for Quick Getaway
Came here for a short Girl's trip and was very happy with the location, cleanliness and decor of this home. Check in was a breeze and the managing co was very quick with responses and reminders when we were checking out. We really loved how they thought of everything. The house looks exactly as shown in the photos. The area is very central to lots of good eats and shopping. We will definitely want to book here again!

The place was perfect for us. The location was not where we originally thought but it actually ended up being a perfect location for all that had planned. It was clean and a great size. You can actually see the Hollywood sign from the roof! The check in process was so easy. Communication with the owner was top notch. We would highly recommend this property.
