Maximum number of guests is 10, with two persons per bed.

~ Guests can expect to walk up and down stairs during their stay as there are 7 steps leading to front door/main entrance as well as 6 steps to Bedrooms #1 and #3 and patio steps leading to Tier(s) #2 and #3.
~ Note: patio step handrails lead from ground floor to Tier #1, but no handrail from Tier #2 to #3. Guests with physical disabilities who require the use of a wheelchair or walker should not consider this property for their stay.
~ Guests have full access to entire house, private patio, and driveway which accommodates 2-3 vehicles. Free ample street parking, with 2-hr parking M-F, 8am-6pm. Street cleaning restrictions on Mon/Tues, 12-2pm.
~ This house is for stays only, not parties or events. Identity MUST BE VERIFIED with a government ID via the VRBO platform. Guests have entire house, patio & driveway to themselves, and I (owner) maintain a studio in the lower unit/converted garage with a separate entrance.
