There is **no smoking** or marijuana use allowed on the property ($500 fee), and unapproved pets will incur a $200 penalty, so please be sure to get approval for your furry companions beforehand. We also ask that you respect the quiet hours between **10pm and 7am** to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighborhood. As for safety and security of our home and for guest there are 3 security cameras on the property. Camera 1 is located on the driveway facing the street, camera 2 is in the backyard facing the backdoor and camera 3 is on the front door (video doorbell).
