This house was built in 2007. So it is up to date with the maintenance and has many safety features, such as double pane windows. It also has a central heating and cooling system. This house is family-friendly, which includes child-proof features, streaming services on the 2 TVs in the house, and free WiFi. This house has many environmentally friendly features as well such as solar energy and 240 Volt electric charger plug-ins for your EV vehicles, which can be plugged into the socket outside of the house. The house will contain most supplies that are in a typical home.
The majority of the house is accessible, including a patio that overlooks the small yet beautiful rose garden, and a washer and dryer. The only place that is excluded is the garage and master bedroom WIC.
