Summary:
This breathtaking Tulum-inspired oceanfront home is located on the iconic PCH and just moments from Malibu's finest restaurants and shops. Thoughtfully designed, this 2 bed/2bath home is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Wake each morning with a cup of coffee as you experience dolphins swimming in your backyard or end each day with dinner and a sunset surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the ocean waves. This unit does not come with private beach access due to high tide.

We do have a fleet of Luxury cars available for rent as well for an extra fee. We offer our guests a preferred price when a car is combined with a property rental

The Space:
The home's Tulum Chic design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor for an elevated guest experience. The living area features a projector with an automatic screen for football Sundays and Movie nights. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living areas can be opened fully to fill the home with cool, ocean breezes. Take your pick to enjoy the ocean views from the sofa or head out to the balcony to sunbathe. The home is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ on the front patio for those who love to cook and an office workspace for work on the go. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage. The unit does not come with private beach access.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on PCH, minutes away from one of the greatest restaurants in Malibu. Nobu Malibu is 5 minutes away, Moonshadows is 1 minute away, Geoffrey's is 20 minutes away and Malibu Pier is 5 minutes away. Santa Monica is 20 minutes away from the property. Venice is around 25 minutes depending on traffic. LAX airport is a 45-minute drive from the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car as many activities are difficult to reach on foot. There is ample street parking and also a designated parking spot in front of the garage.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (5 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-9am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 5 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

Camera 1 is by the house 1st door aiming at the street.
Camera 2 is by the house 2nd door aiming at the front-yard.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Beautiful views - some minor issues
Place was clean, just as pictured. Views were terrific. Sound of the ocean a bit scary and the living room floor/entry area leaned to the left adding to the excitement. There were outside steps down to the beach but the last ten were broken so access wasn’t possible. After only one shower we ran out of hot water - surprising. of the plastic house plants were dusty.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home!
We absolutely loved this Oceanfront property. The sound of the waves and spectacular ocean view was so relaxing. We cannot wait to return. The home was clean and spacious. The location was ideal; close to Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Ventura. Communication with Oraklus Properties was superb. I highly recommend!

Great place
The property is really lovely. The pictures are accurate. We were there for a wedding in Malibu and this was so much more comfortable than multiple rooms at a hotel. The only downside is the parking. There is only 1 spot in front of the garage on the street. If you have a second car, you will need to park across the street on PCH. Be very careful crossing the road. PCH is known to be quite dangerous.

Comfortable, gorgeous home on the water
It is a delight to walk into this beautifully designed and cared for home that's bright and airy and practically in the water. The view is stunning and all the decorative touches are lovely. They provide plenty of towels and everything you would need to use the kitchen. The balcony has comfortable chairs and the beds are great. The host was very responsive to our questions. It was a wonderful stay! My only problem was that they initially cancelled our reservation, raised the rate and had us reserve again. That was frustrating but everything after that was great.

Great stay! It worked out perfectly for those of us coming in from out of town to visit family who live locally. The property was exactly as advertised and communication with the owner was wonderful. Whenever we had a question and texted them after our arrival they were very prompt and helpful with their responses. we will definitely stay there again. The next time we visit our family. The pictures are true to what the place looks like. If you are a big cooker the kitchen lacks and is more for quick and easy meals. The beds were comfortable and the views amazing.

California Dreamin'!
House was very beachy, clean, well appointed. Non stop waves-and pretty views. Pictures are accurate. This is not a part of the beach that is really accessible-couldn't take a walk here-very rocky and most of the time the sand wasn't visible. Communication was good and prompt. The front stoop and door were dark, making our evening check in a little tough. Maybe a motion light could help with that. Comfy beds, blankets and furniture. Listing stated washer and dryer (which we would have used)...but the information left on the table said guests have no access to the garage (that's where the washer and dryer were located). We didn't see any dolphins...but we saw a seal on our departure-so that was neat!

Amazing place!
What a neat place! It was so neat to experience the ocean, beach, changing tide and sea life at this beach house. It had a great location to access stores and places in Malibu and LA. Waking up in the morning at high tide feeling like you are looking off the balcony of a cruise ship, down at three feet of water and checking out the fish, watching the tide go out to show a beach, crawling (crawling is literally the correct word!) down the private stairs to the beach… we found huge starfish, 1,000’s of mussels, made great friends with the neighbor dogs out to play. We watched the neighbors out snorkeling with their boards and all of a sudden there were 8 dolphins swimming right around them! The lighting in the house in the evening is even better than the photos and the sunrises, sunsets and lights of LA, watching the planes line up over the ocean at LAX - it was all a changing landscape of beautify and just a unique place. I would note if you are a light sleeper (me) you might want a sound machine as the waves crashing below and the cars on the PCH are a bit loud. This is also a true beach house - no ac or heat but all the windows open and they have space heaters in every room - we were very comfortable in December with warm days and cold nights. I also found the PCH and parking on the road/pulling out easier than I was expecting but expect to not want to hang out long at the car. We hope to rent this home again sometime. Management company was also very responsive.

Beautiful home on the ocean but check details closely
Really nice home on the ocean. There are two places attached on this property. Ask ahead of time if the house you’re renting has direct beach access via stairs. Ours was supposed to and when we arrived we found that our stairs were cut off half way down so there was no direct beach access so no way to get down to the beach from our property (which is the main reason we chose to stay here- direct beach access). We were told that the nextdoor property had the stair access but we couldn’t access it. We also filtered for no pets when we were looking for properties as we’re highly allergic and never rent a property that allows pets. Our fault for not reading the entire listing more clearly- it said pets might be allowed with prior arrangement. The people before us clearly had a dog as we found clumps of pet hair all over the floor throughout the house. Also pet hair in the towels and all over the outside furniture cushions. Such a bummer as it really made it feel unclean. Still beautiful view and really nice house.
