Located in West Hollywood/Mid-Wilshire, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just steps away from the famous Los Angeles Museum of Art, the Grove, and world-class shops and restaurants. Enjoy sophistication at its best and experience Californian luxury while sun bathing by the pool or dining in the spacious backyard. Entertain yourself and your guests with the Sonos speaker system, and show off your bbq cooking skills hosting your most discerning alfresco dinner.

We do have a fleet of Luxury cars available for rent aswell for an extra fee. We offer our guests a preferred price when a car is combined with a property rental

The bed configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: King Bed (we converted the office into the 5th bedroom, the desk is still there)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
Bedroom 5: King Bed with en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms except the office that we converted into the 5th bedroom are equipped with a TV. The Guest House cannot be used at the moment. However, the bathroom is still accessible.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire property except both Garages. The pool house is not available at the moment but you can still access the bathroom in the Guest House. We thank you for your understanding.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles. The area is called Miracle Mile which is very close to the Grove, Melrose Avenue, LACMA and many more world-class shops.

Getting Around:
The home comes with 3 parking spot. We do recommend having a car during your stay. However, it is very easy to get an Uber from this location as the house is very central.

Other Things to Note:
NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (10 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the pool being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed in the house
- Max occupancy of 10 people must be respected
- No use of pool area past 10pm
- Pool sliding doors must be kept closed after 10pm
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival - $90 per day/per pet
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- $250 fine for smoking indoors
- $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- $200 charge per duvet cover for any stained/ruined duvet cover
- $100 charge per stained/ruined sheet
- $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

If you wish the pool heated, please request it as there is an extra charge of $90/day for that service. Our pool maintenance technician comes every Wednesday to maintain the pool.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Great property
The location of this property is amazing. I am from Nebraska and two families stayed here. The pool was great for the kids and adults even though it was late fall. The pool heater worked great but the charge to heat is expensive and once you inquire cannot be undone once you have the invoice. Check in and out was very easy. The trash was almost full when we checked in but wasn’t too big of a deal. The private drive was so nice. This is all being picky. I want to emphasize that the area is great, the house was quiet and amazing, and it is simply just a beautiful property. If you are looking to spend some time in LA and really want a place to come back to and have dinner or just relax after a long day this is it!

As a group of 10 (2 families) the property was perfect in terms of size & location. 20 minute walk to the grove and central for all tourist Very spacious and comfortable. As we had a number of girls ( with long hair ) more towels would have been appreciated and mirrors in all bedrooms. Other than that absolutely great!

Amazing house, bad vibes
The property is amazing and clean. It looks even better than the pictures. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully furnished. There is an ample backyard with a large deck and patio too. The big catch are the neighbors. The crazy noise restrictions from the property manager are understandably put in place to appease the neighbors. However, they are wicked unreasonable people. I was in the front yard and accidentally overheard a conversation they were having. Verbatim: The second I hear a PEEP from this house after 10 PM, I text the house owner. It feels like you are being constantly watched by vindictive neighbors. It dampened our overall experience

Overall, property was excellent. Stephanie our host was responsive and helpful. House was clean, accommodated eight adults (2 teenagers) comfortably. Minor note would be the parking situation. While driveway can support many cars, it was way too steep to get a regular car up without damaging the bottom of the car. Our daughter had her own car (Toyota Corolla) which could not make it up the driveway. But overall, we would definitely recommend the house to others.

The house was easy to find big and plenty of space. It was clean and different. It’s pretty much like it shows minus a little wear there’s a few things that can be upgraded like the window shades in kitchen. We loved the place there were some small ants in the two bedroom upstairs and in the shared bathroom upstairs. They were a lot of them all over my son’s jacket that he had on top of his luggage glad he didn’t unpacked anything at that time. we noticed that there was raid in the cabin so that let us know that it’s been a problem before. But after spaying all the rooms it seem to work. The office is converted into a bedroom downstairs wasn’t bad it just would be better if they take the desk out and put in a wardrobe cabinet instead of a clothes rack. We love it and if we ever get back to LA I would stay there again. The driveway is narrow for very steep. So my son’s car which was a sport car couldn’t get up the driveway without causing damage to the front end so we were worried about that because It only residential parking. The Cadillac truck we were driving was rough getting in there. But glad we all were skillful drivers. Host were very helpful. Great place wish we had time to really enjoy it we were always on the go meet and greets rehearsal and wedding so we couldn’t enjoy the house as much as we wanted to.

Perfect Home to Ring in 2024!
We had a group trip to LA to ring in the New Year and found the home to be the perfect place to do so! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well stocked and was immaculately clean. The decor was great and the layout of the house was perfect for a group, allowing enough space and privacy even with a full house! The patio and yard were a great extension of the house, as others have mentioned, the pool is small but was totally acceptable for our use. The neighborhood itself was quiet and safe and easily walkable/Uber to close by destinations. As the host mentions, there is a strict quiet time after 10PM, which you’ll see is important to follow as the houses are very close together. Overall an amazing experience and definitely a place we’d stay again for a return trip to LA!
