Eine verbesserte große 3-Schlafzimmer-Villa mit Pool und Whirlpool. Beste Lage Minuten nach Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade, Century City und vielen touristischen Attraktionen. Nur 10 Minuten zum Flughafen LAX.

Berühmt für sein erstaunliches Klima, die Straßen voller Sterne und die Unterhaltungsindustrie.  Das Juwel dieser weitläufigen Metropole gilt für viele als Westwood, Heimat der UCLA und der größten persischen Gemeinde in der westlichen Hemisphäre.

Die Persian Oasis ist ein gemütlicher, heller und ruhiger Ort und die ideale Erfahrung für Paare, Geschäftsreisen und Familien.  

Diese Villa befindet sich auf einem großen, sonnigen Grundstück von 1.600 m² und bietet ein Hauptgebäude und ein separates Gästehaus, das sich perfekt für die Privatsphäre und die Erholung in einer großen Gruppe eignet.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen persischen und anderen gastronomischen Einrichtungen in der Nähe.

Klimaanlage, WLAN-Internetzugang und Kabel-TV in jedem Zimmer machen uns zu den Annehmlichkeiten. Parken mit Genehmigungen auf der Straße neben privatem Carport für zwei Autos. Familienausstattung einschließlich Hochstuhl und Kindersitz auf Anfrage.

Soweit Partying geht ... Ich erlaube Familientreffen und Geburtstage! Laut HOA-Richtlinien ist lautes Geräusch verboten. Für das Beheizen des Pools und des Wellnessbereichs wird eine Gebühr von 70 USD / Tag erhoben. Es gibt 24 Stunden Überwachungskameras im Vorgarten und im Hinterhof für die Sicherheit des Gastes.

Please do a deep clean
Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds. This property needs a major overhaul to be renting to travelers. Made the best of our time, won’t be back.

Older home, excellent location, fairly priced.
This home is in an excellent neighborhood close to everything. It has a very large pool which makes the home feel larger than it is which helps out a lot for larger groups. This home is an older home and could really use some upgrades. It doesn’t appear the property manager visits the home very often. The bbq had no gas, just two empty tanks and the property manager told us it was too difficult to monitor that. However, for its price point and location it’s fair to say we got what we paid for.

This property was very dirty when we arrived. We cleaned a little since we were staying for a bachelorette party. There was half eaten things in the refrigerator and fridge, which was very nasty. Most of the beds were half made and there were no extra blankets or pillows if you wanted to stay on the couch. The pool was very dirty, like it had not been cleaned in awhile. There was spiders and leaves everywhere in the pool the bottom of the pool had black stuff all over it. I would not recommend staying at this house. The owner of this house is a very rude lady as well.

We had a fun week in LA. The location was great- 20 min to the beach and most things. We walked to Starbucks and to get fresh bagels every morning. Loved the yogurt shops too! The owner was easy to work with and answered my questions right away.

My family loved the house and location.
Comfortable for group of 10. With the temperature in high 80's it was nice to jump into the pool during the day. At night, pool gets cold, but it's refreshing. Heater for the pool & hot tub didn't work so well or maybe it takes long time to heat them. Cristy was very accommodating. Everything that needed to be done, Cristy sent people to fix it. .

Ant Infestation, Hidden Charges, and Property Not as Described
Overall, I booked this for a large group and was a bit embarrassed when we got in. The pool was dirty right off the bat and the place was a bit run down. The biggest issue was that once people wanted to go to bed there were ants crawling all over the guest house and in their beds. 4 people ended up having to sleep on the floor in the main house as a result. The sheets were pretty dirty too, and it just wasn't great sleeping accommodations for a big group. We thought the property manager might be willing to help split the cost for the ruined night, but she only offered $100 off...and that was under the impression that we wouldn't write a bad review. She also charged us $210 to heat the pool for two half days, when it said it was $75/day in the ad. The hidden charges were frustrating especially after the ant situation. Cristy (the property manager) seemed to not want to take responsibility either even though we sent her a video and pictures of the ants in the bed. She accused one of the guest of having candy in her luggage as an excuse for the ants, which there wasn't. Overall, just disappointing and would not recommend. You are better off looking elsewhere.

Beware! We were promised compensation for mishaps ...then she made up lies and kept our deposit!?
Stay away! We travel frequently Rarely do we complain or have issues and never had trouble w getting our deposit back(who wants to spend a vacation complaining and going back and forth over things u can’t change?) We r very clean people and alway take care of rentals as if they were our own! the house was not ready at check in the owner said the previous guest had checked out late so she was late getting it clean and also people were showing up to “see the house” the pool guy was suppose be there that evening he never showed up (we waited we had no way to lock the pool house and the code to the house main house is “only changed sometimes” so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving with a worker coming) when we did leave we put importants in the maine House upon check in we had to finish the towels in the wash and cleaned out the dishwasher from the previous renter.The house was Not nearly as nice as it looks in the pics the bathrooms are very outdated some beds very worn and uncomfortable one master bed was broken we had to keep putting the slats that hold the mattress up back into place some TVs didn’t work unless u used Netflix or streamed through the phone the “basketball goal” was a joke barely hanging on to the side of the house and bent and worn beyond use my son had looked forward to using it : ( on the 5th night the jacuzzi stopped working and the pool got cloudy a pool guy was called but never came owner came looked at everything the last night thanked us for taking care of everything and apologized and she said we could check the skimmers and filter we cleaned out he skimmers they were Badly clogged w tiny leaves we looked at the filter it was disgusting & needed to be replaced all the pool equipment was very old looked as though it hadn’t been serviced properly in a while we cleaned the skimmers again and everything began to work again even better than before the owner was pleased and thanks us and once again apologized she brought treats to the house and offered another night half off we told her we would just rather be fairly compensated, she agreed and said she would figure it out She never told us anything was wrong but kept our deposit stating we smoked (we r all non smokers) broke the pool equipment left pool heater on (completely false she won’t even tell me what was broken) and says we left the air on (was never told to turn it off)Crazy!Now our only option is to go to court! Thankfully we documented everything! What a nightmare!

Such a clean, convenient, comfortable and fun house!
Excellent experience!! My friends and I enjoyed a weekend get away and could not have had a better house to stay in! Enough space for all 12 of us and the heated pool was awesome!!! Cristy was so sweet and a great help! The WiFi was acting up as soon as we arrived and she made sure to fix the problem by that afternoon! I highly recommend enjoying this house on your vacation! I absolutely would stay there again!

Unexpected issues
We arrived at the house and there was someone’s belongings along the curb. The house looked like the pictures but there were tons of bulbs missing. We had tons of big towels but not a single face towel. We had to deal with the last tenant popping up at the house and not wanting to leave. The police were called and they took 2 hours to resolve the issue between the tenant and the owner. The owner claimed she would make it up to us but has yet to do anything. We missed events because we had to deal with the issue with the tenant. No one felt safe because we wasn’t sure if the man was going to come back. The pool was supposed to be heated but it was still cold and dirty.

Great place for our group
We had a wonderful stay at this West LA home. The home is spacious and very clean, we easily fit our 4 couples comfortably. All bedrooms had their own bathroom which was very convenient. Cristy was very accommodating to our group who was traveling from all different places in SoCal. The pool area is a little outdated and not as nice as the photo suggests - however once we got the jacuzzi warmed up all of my guests enjoyed both areas and had no qualms. This was a great space for the price and I would recommend it!

Great place for family in West LA
We stayed at this house in West LA because it was near UCLA and near friends. We had a great weekend. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owner was very nice and helpful. She responded immediately to our questions and quickly solved a minor issue. She knew that we were arriving late and provided fresh fruit and frozen pizzas for us. Pool was great and very private.

Pictures are deceiving, house/furniture is worn, needs many repairs and professional house cleaning.
Overall, the house was dirty and needed a professional cleaning. We left the house cleaner than it was when we arrived, the owner even thanked us for leaving it so clean! The mattress in pool house and one of the master bedrooms are old and broken down, the owner has put a soft foam pad over them which actually makes it worse, they need to be replaced. Most light fixtures were missing bulbs, TV remotes were missing batteries which we had to buy to use them. The furniture is very worn, curtains are dirty and not hung correctly. The owner has personal items in the refrigerator, freezer, all the kitchen drawers and bathroom cabinets. Bathroom rugs were dirty. Pool area is not as nice as shown in the pictures, although the owner has purchased new lounging chairs. No basic house supplies were provided. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, and new dish towels to use in the kitchen (there was only one kitchen towel and it was dirty). We also bought cleaning supplies to wipe out the moldy refrigerator, ice maker and sticky countertops before we could use them. We were so disappointed in the cleanliness of this property because the owner was really nice and the house is in a great location with a good floor plan.
