Villa am Meer mit Infinity-Pool, 1/2 Meile nördlich von LosBarriles für 8 Personen

Die Villa befindet sich am Meer von Cortez mit atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgängen. Im Winter haben wir Walbeobachtung mit 2 Master-Suiten im Obergeschoss, eine Suite hat eine neue Cal-King-Matratze, die im April 2019 gekauft wurde, die andere hat eine Königin. Alle Matratzen sind Pillow-Top von Macy's. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Alle Schlafzimmer haben vollen Meerblick. Wir haben 2 thematische Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, ein grünes Dschungelzimmer und das Zimmer "Der alte Mann im Meer". Schauen Sie sich die handgemalten Wandbilder an. Sie können Billardspielzeug, 3 Kajaks, davon 1 Doppelkajak, einen Sonnenschirm, Stühle, eine Eiskiste und 5 Sätze Schnorchelausrüstung, nutzen. Wir haben viele Poolspielzeuge für Kleinkinder und Kleinkinder, wie Sie auf einem unserer Bilder sehen können. Wir haben 2 kleine Schwimmwesten und 4 weitere für Erwachsene. Schnorcheln und Schwimmen ist von dieser Unterkunft aus großartig. Wir haben einen Sandstreifen angelegt, damit Sie nicht über Felsen laufen müssen. Siehe Bilder 9 und 10. Es gibt eine Yogamatte, eine Trainingsmatte und 4 Sätze Handgewichte, damit Sie Ihr Trainingsprogramm am Laufen halten können. Außengrill und Palapa mit Außendusche und Bad. Ich habe auch 600 DVDs, Filme und Musikvideos für Ihren Familiengenuss. Es gibt eine 6-Sitzer-Yamaha, die für 150 USD pro Tag ohne Aufpreis für den ersten Tag gemietet werden kann. Schauen Sie sich das 7. Foto an, um es sich anzusehen. Wir haben auch 2 Kinderbetten mit Bettdecken, die für kleine Kinder oder Jugendliche verwendet werden können, die draußen schlafen möchten.

The outdoor space was perfect for our family with a pool, hottub, grill, outdoor bathroom/shower, palapa, lounge chairs, kayaks and boards, right on the beach, and not to mention the most beautiful garden I have ever encountered at a home.

Casa Paulson

Wonderful location and grounds. View is amazing. This is where it stops! We were never greeted by the property manager, only given a code. There were problems from the beginning. We paid for a three bedroom one downstairs. , two suites upstairs. 4 bathrooms. One suite and bathroom were locked off. So we had no access to them. When trying to get hold of property manager it was difficult. Inside of villa was dirty and when walking on floors our feet were dirty. Kitchen and counters had not been cleaned along with all appliances. Bedding, sheets and towels were worn and ripped. Pool could not be used until 4th day when it was finally cleaned. I spoke with Owner, and although he addressed some of the issues he still would not explain why what was advertised we didn’t get. I tried to keep a negative review out of Vrbo but found to many issues to ignore. 5 ladies that travel together every year we realize nothing is ever perfect and we learn to adjust. But this is the first time we have been totally ignored and left to our own problem solving

A vacation worth the wait!!

Thanks to Casa Paulson for a great week! Loved the hot tub(in it almost every night) and the pool. It was pretty windy but we expected that. House was perfect. Large enough for all of us to have our own space, with beautiful sunrises every morning. Washer and dryer came in handy. It was alittle more north of town than we thought, but our side by sides made it a easy trip. House was very clean and the property outside was beautiful. Joseph was great at answering all my questions and all of the property contacts always responded to me quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Great memories made. Rhonda

Great location - house needs serious TLC

location was great but house needs some work! it felt very dirty and the beds (especially downstairs) was not comfortable. The couch cushions came off very easily and the floors were less than desired. we also had a lot of trouble with the jacuzzi but the man who came over to help was very helpful. the refrigerator was also not working at all and we didn't get alerted to that until right when we got there. so we had to use the refrigerator in the laundry room. the location was great but he pictures of the sandy beach are not correct as it is a very rocky beach and should be more transparent about that.

Excellent house and even better location

Great house right on the beach and access to a dock for swim and kayaking. Pool and hot tub huge plus Large house with great views. Air conditioning is a plus. We used it a little at night put the rest of the time we opened the house for cross breezes. We will definitely be back here

Perfect

We stayed 6 nights at this wonderful property and will be returning for another stay next year or sooner. When someone tells you that they are returning, that should be sufficient. Fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez right from the pool. Close to stores, restaurants and activities but also a private Casa. We were three couples who just had a blast.

Amazing House at Los Barriles

We stayed over Christmas holiday. It was 19 of us, a mix of adults and kids. Gorgeous garden and house on a quiet beach close to town and tres palapas. Heated pool and hit tub were absolutely amazing and were used daily. Great snorkeling directly in front of the house. Big well stocked kitchen and dining room, but no dishwasher. We would love to stay again.

A baja dream

55 yrs. Of baja travels I'm still surprised that this beautiful casa was available for our trip. I see why its so popular. Walk off the patio and pool area and your on the beach. We love this house.

We just stayed here for two weeks. We also stayed here last year and cannot say enough good things about it. The location is perfect. It's close enough to go into town in a few minutes, but also very private and quiet, and right on the beach. Our two grandkids swam in the pool every day. We think it's paradise!

GreatThanksgiving at Casa Paulson

Casa Paulson is a great house, right on the beach and just a few miles from Los Barriles. But here are lots of places like that, What makes Casa Paulson exceptional is the gardens. We've been coming to LB for over 20 years, renting homes all over the East Cape, and we've never seen gardens like this. One could easily be forgiven for thinking they were on a tropical island, not Baja, when you walk through the grounds of Casa Paulson. Bedrooms and baths were great, kitchen is good, but it takes some adjusting to work with no shelves or upper cabinets. Spa and pool worked like a charm. I would make one suggestion: The upstairs balconies have fantastic views of the sunrise of the Sea of Cortez on one side, and sunset over the mountains on the other, but there is no furniture on them at all. It would be great if there were a few chairs on those balconies to take advantage of the view. All the people associated with John's house are friendly and speak English, and Alphonso made numerous trips back and forth to the airport for us - on time every time. All in all, a great stay and we'd highly recommend Casa Paulson.

Beautiful home, incredible backyard

Staying at Casa de Paulson was a real treat for our group, 2 families of 4. It was amazing to be able to swim in the pool and swim/snorkel at the beach without splitting up. There are two sandy entrances to the water, one just to the left of the house and one just to the right - you just have to look. The snorkeling from the house is pretty decent, plus this place is only 30 min to punto pescadero paradiso which is an excellent shell and snorkel beach (just make sure you go on a low wind day). We spent 4 of our days just hanging at the house and the other 3 days adventuring (beach mentioned above, Cabo Pulmo, and then a day driving to Todos Santos and Cabo). At the house, the gardens are gorgeous; home to lots of lizards and geckos if you look. The kids loved that. Lots of pool toys. Grill worked well. Kitchen well equipped and boy did we give that blender a workout! One tip is that the 4th bed (upstairs, outside a bedroom) we picked up and put in the jungle room on the floor. We put all 4 kids in there on 2 queens. This allowed for adults to stay up late and not wake the kids and allowed for all kids to sleep in a room with AC. That area at the top of the stairs was the only area that the AC didn’t really reach(not a problem once the mattress was moved). Thanks for a great stay!

Great Gateaway!

It was great! FYI our electricity went out about 3 hours or so but I was able to find candles, no big deal. some downfalls, beach in front of the house is very rocky, 2 hard mattress's. Another ice chest would be great! I would definitely rent again.

Relaxing Vacation!

This is our second stay at the Paulson Casa and plan to come here again next year. Fantastic house, beautiful gardens and pool right on the beach. House has all the towels and toys and dinnerware that you will need. John is very responsive and helps you coordinate shuttle, fishing and chef Norma who comes to the house and makes fabulous food. The buggy is all you need for getting around. Great snorkeling right out front. We live this place and will be back again next year!

Best vacation ever!

We spent two weeks here and didn’t want to leave. My 4 year old grandson pleaded for “just ten more days “. He swam in the pool for hours. The house and grounds are beautiful and the location on the beach is amazing. It is quiet and private but close enough to hop in the “buggy “ and be in town in just minutes. We had Norma the Cook come three nights and prepare dinners that were beyond delicious. We have been to Los Barriles many times but this is our new favorite place. John Paulson and Josefina were a pleasure to work with.
