Wunderschöner Meerblick. Eine der wenigen Eigentumswohnungen von Cabo am schwimmbaren Privatstrand mit fantastischem Schnorchelvergnügen! Sonnige Dachgeschosswohnung. Kurze Uber / Bus von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ruhige Gartenlage. Abgeschlossene Wohnanlage. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß durch den Garten zum schönen weißen Sandstrand und klarem Wasser. Gereinigtes Trinkwasser Durchsatz Eigentumswohnung! Kostenloses WiFi, Netflix und Parken. Walmart Lebensmittellieferung am selben Tag. Convenience-Store zu Fuß erreichbar. 5 Autominuten von den Stränden von Chileno und Santa Maria entfernt, an denen Schnorcheltouren angeboten werden. Große Pools & Tennisplatz.
Mein Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist jetzt mit luxuriösen Betten, einer ausgestatteten Küche und einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet. Der Komplex verfügt über zwei großartige Pools (einer ist flacher für Kinder und einer nur für Erwachsene) und einen Tennisplatz. Es gibt einen 60 "Smart HD-Fernseher mit Netflix-Service und Apple TV mit Spielen und einem Gamecontroller. Amazon Alexa Smart Speaker mit Premium Spotify-Account für alle Ihre Musikwünsche.

Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem 4-Sterne-Resort, das mehrere Restaurants, eine Bar und ein Spa bietet. Der Apartmentkomplex ist nur wenige Autominuten von vielen Restaurants, dem Nachtleben und Aktivitäten wie Schnorcheln, Angeln, Surfen, Geländefahrzeugen und Golf entfernt. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe zählen eine benachbarte Apotheke und medizinische Versorgung sowie Costco. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien. Schlafzimmer 1 ist eine luxuriöse Königin und Schlafzimmer 2 ist 2 x zwei Einzelbetten oder ein komfortabler König.

Beautiful location!
Access to the private beach was amazing! Quiet, clean, and fabulous for snorkeling. We got everything we needed from the Fresko Market across the street and took a few easy trips into Cabo. Our host, Mariana, was responsive to all our needs and helped us find everything we needed, including great local restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to Cabo Bello!

Awesome view and quiet place
Our family of 4 were staying at this property for 5 nights. We were stunned by the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Everything we needed was available to use including boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, chairs and towels. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cabo condo!
We stayed in this wonderful two bedroom condo for a spring break trip. The host was so friendly and helpful. It was our first trip to Mexico and I was very nervous. But the condo is right next to the family pool, the walk to the beach is easy and convenient and everything was really nice. I'm usually pretty organized but needed a lot of hand-holding for this trip and our host was very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this for a great family place.

I asked and reminded the property host 2 times before our arrival to join the twin beds. It was not done until the 2nd day of our stay. We were visited by Cockroaches. The table on the patio was missing a leg. They used a chunk of wood to try and stabilize it unsuccessfully. I don't recommend this place.

Our Stay
We really loved our stay at Andrews condo. We had 3 adults and one child a 2 year old during a week long stay. One of our favorite parts about this place was the view from the veranda. We enjoyed the sunrises with our morning coffee and watching the whales go by in the distance. Even saw a few of them breach pretty cool. The filtered water saved us a ton of money and saved us wasting a bunch of plastic too. The condo is well equipped with the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It allowed us to cook several dinners and breakfasts and make our own lunches and snacks- a huge plus for us. Marianna was an incredible resource and helped us even navigate with our lack of Spanish speaking! The complex was peaceful and we loved how Andrews place was in the back end closer to the water. We would gladly return to this place.

Sunshiny Seven Days in Cabo Bello
My husband and I had a relaxing stay/beach vacation at the condo! We enjoyed the ocean breeze out on the patio as well as down on the protected beach which was a little less than a ten minute walk away:) The two bedrooms were perfect, and the kitchen area was all that we needed. Lots of beach gear provided. I didn't remember receiving a welcome packet, but that may have been my fault. Our only request would be a screen for the patio door into the main living area, as we didn't find the air conditioning necessary. The bedroom did have a screened door. The pool was just steps away from our unit. We were able to get in lots of walking. Would highly recommend Uber for getting to various restaurants, etc. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to enjoy your fabulous climate! Jane and Malcolm

We had an amazing time in Cabo Bello! The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured! We spent several afternoons at the private beach that was a short 2-3 min walk from the condo. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay!! We loved that this wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo but so close to everything. Uber drivers occasionally had a hard time finding the condo but that is the only *minor* thing I could complain about. Maria, the hostess, was fabulous!!! She helped us book massages in our room (!!!), gave fabulous restaurant recommendations and answered all of our questions super quickly! We would 100% book a stay here again!! We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed our stay !
We loved staying at Cabo Bello ! Mariana was very prompt in answering all our emails. We were allowed to check in early which made it convenient for us. We stayed with our 2 adult daughters and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach. What a hidden gem ! We did walk over and check out the Welk resort next door. It was quite lovely. Mariana was such a great host! She set us up with transportation to/from the airport and a boat tour to the arch. She was so helpful and informative. The condo is great for couples and families looking to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to get there via Uber. Most of the Uber drivers came down to the parking lot near the condo but a couple got lost and canceled it. Gated community so it’s safe and secure. Nice private beach within walking distance, a bit of a workout walking back up the hill and stairs. The water was rough but some people did swim there. Welk’s resort next door has a great restaurant you can walk to via a path behind the condo. Great place for those looking for an alternative to the crowded and expensive resorts.

Very nice and clean, it is well occupied with everything you need to go to the beach, from umbrellas, chairs, canopy etc, and more. Walking distance to the private beach which it’s gorgeous and beautiful ocean view from the balcony and bedroom and it is next to the pool as well. I would definitely stay here many more tomes and would also recommend it to others.

Beautiful private beach
This is a cute little condo in a development right next to the Welks luxury resort, with access to a lovely private beach that is great for swimming and snorkeling. The beach access gives this property an edge over others in Cabo. There are also two nice pools just steps from the condo. What made this unit exceed expectations was the well stocked closet of beach supplies. Everything needed- chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, and beach towels was provided and was of high quality. This really enhanced our stay. Also the host was extremely helpful and communicative. We loved this little place, which does have a nice view of the sea as well. We would stay again. The washer and dryer was also nice and javi g two full bathrooms would make this a good unit for a family or two couples as well

The condo is exactly as advertised. It meets all the basic needs of a home base while in a great location. It was really nice to have access to a quiet beach without vendors when we chose to use it as well as the pools on a day the ocean was too crazy to swim in. Super safe feeling as well. We got a lot of use out of the chairs, umbrellas and boogie board. Great value property! *The Estrella Restaurant next door has AMAZING breakfast including giant fresh baked donuts!

We had such a fun time! We were brave and rode the bus everywhere and it was great. The only bad part was crossing the busy busy road to get the bus going the opposite direction. The condo is well stocked and close to the pool and hot tub.

Great place near gorgeous little beach
This is a great little 2 BR apartment with everything you need for a family vacation. The private beach is incredible to have a few minutes away and the apartment is really well set up and very comfortable. Everything you need for the beach (chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys) is all there. There's even tennis rackets for the court at the complex. We were happy to have rented a car because it let us get to various other gorgeous beaches more easily, as well as check out San Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos & other places at our leisure. Playa El Chileno ended up being our favorite but it was a close competition. We used the car to stop by the supermarket, but Wal-Mart grocery delivery also worked well when we tried it (same-day, only minor wrinkle is that they may not have all the identical items in stock that you order--so may substitute or bring less). They deliver to the very door of the condo, it's super convenient. Also tried the Welk resort restaurant next door the first night--it was very good food. I was surprised by the prices since I think one review for the condo called it "reasonably priced" (so $50 steaks were not what I expected). Yet it was excellent food and we randomly happened to be there for a dinnertime show (professional dancers twirling fire) that our kids loved, so in the end it all seemed well worth it. Andrew and his assistant were kind enough to check in on us regularly and were very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend the condo as a home base to check out Cabo & the surroundings!

Fantastic time at this condo!
We loved staying in this beautiful bright and spacious condo that was just a few minutes walk within the gardens to an incredible white sand private beach! We really wanted to be able to walk to a swimmable beach without paying the high resort prices and this was one of very few places we found. The water was so clear and the snorkeling just amazing! Andrew was so quickly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The highlights were having drinkable water throughout and snorkeling gear, a life vest and sand bucket for my little boy along with the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. We also enjoyed the Netflix and Alexa. My wife loved the fast wifi as she had to work a little. We used the lovely pools outside a couple of times and barbecued some of our meals by the pool. We cooked some great breakfasts each day in the large kitchen with every appliance we could want and ate our meals on the lovely patio with such tranquil views. The location of this condo is great and safe as it is in a gated community and is just a quick bus ride to downtown Cabo. We took an Uber once too. Walmart delivered our groceries the same day and we also made use of a convenience store a few minutes walk away. Oh and do go to the Welks resort next door for a very affordable lunch and a massage that my wife enjoyed. Thank you Andrew for being such a great host. We will highly recommend you to our friends who want to visit Cabo next month!

Beautiful Condo Steps From a Gorgeous Private Beach!
Blissful! Pristine location with the only sounds emanating from the ocean, birds and the gentle breeze constantly rustling in the perfectly manicured gardens all over the idyllic complex. Great ocean view from the patio. The stunning private white sand beach and topaz blue ocean which offers some of the best snorkeling in Cabo is just a few steps away. There were also two lovely pools and a tennis court. Andrew was very meticulous and thoughtful in providing every amenity for the beach and the condo. There was snorkeling gear, life vests for the kids, umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, large picnic bags, coolers and tennis rackets. The lovely condo was sparkling clean, bright and airy and beautifully decorated as the pictures depict. With the natural breeze and fans we did not need any of the air conditioning that was provided throughout the condo. We didn’t rent a car and walked to the beach and a little convenience store just outside the complex and another one five minutes away. Walmart also delivers groceries. The 4-star Welks Resort next door served some scrumptious, very reasonably-priced fare. We took a bus to visit downtown Cabo just a few minutes away and an Uber to San Jose, a quaint, artsy town 15 minutes away. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, cookware, a blender and coffee maker. There was also a barbecue area by the pool that was excellent. Andrew very kindly provided us with spices and other basics. He also had a little book library and board games! The drinkable water throughout, two TVs with netflix, fast WiFi and Alexa to play music for us were such a delight! We absolutely loved our holiday at Andrew’s place and highly recommend it!
