We just returned from Reflect Krystal Grand Los Cabos and had a great experience overall. The service and staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, easy beach access, and plenty of available seating by the pools and beach (no need to fight for chairs!).
One of the highlights of our trip was that Expedia upgraded us to the Altitude Club, which was absolutely worth it. We had access to a private bar, pool, and top-shelf alcohol, plus a personal concierge through Expedia who was fantastic—super helpful and easy to work with.
However, the biggest downside was the food. We visited this resort six years ago, and back then, the food was great. Unfortunately, this time, it was disappointing—bland flavors, small portions, and overall not up to the standard we remembered. Another change is that the resort used to provide transportation downtown, but they no longer offer that, so you have to arrange your own ride. That said, it’s still worth going downtown, especially for the San José del Cabo Art Walk.
The nightlife also needs improvement. There’s a club on-site, but it smelled moldy and wasn’t enjoyable. The resort could really benefit from another late-night bar or lounge, as most of the property shuts down around 10:30 PM.
Overall, we had a great trip thanks to the service, amenities, and relaxed atmosphere, but we really hope they improve the food and add more nightlife options. If you’re loo
