„It was a great adventure for our family. But overpriced. We payed 400 Dollars /night, for this kind of money they should pay more attention to the details, like doing nice walkways and benches, putting out solar lanterns etc.. Also missed the usual litte sanitary bottles, tissues etc.. Mattress where thin and basic, toppers and duvets would have been nice.. (it gets very cold at night) the lobby was a mess. „Great place to stay absolutely beautiful cabin with great views and entertainment options! I recommend this for anyone trying to get away and just hide out. Or you can visit one of my favorite nearby sites- Zapata falls! Near the sand dune national park!“

„The winter water shutdown was difficult to do dishes and make meals… other than that, great stay and very accommodating with great views and outdoor amenities. “

„This was an impeccable property. The cleanliness, the accommodations, the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. So much fun. Be aware it’s really secluded even for crestone. We were looking for some down time to hang a bit during a road trip and this was the perfect couple days to check out the quirky community of crestone, and the great sand dunes. Loved this place.“

„Overall the property was very nice. Good location, nice and spacious and plenty of room for the dogs to run around outside. The wrap around porch was great for relaxing outside in the afternoon. Inside had everything you’d need. Very cute layout and amenities, plenty of blankets and fans to adjust temp and comfort level. „Gorgeous location with incredible views from every window. This home is well stocked and has excellent bedding, beds and pillows. Furniture is nice and comfortable. The hot tub, patio and patio furniture is great too. It is immaculately clean, which we appreciated with 2 -1year olds. We’ve never stayed in a cleaner VRBO, truly spotless!! „The park was just down the road! The home is lovely & perfect for a family. It is well stocked & very peaceful! We didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the games there or the grill, and it was a little too cold/windy to sit outside at the fire pit, but we did gaze at stars from the deck & they were beautiful! „We loved staying at our VRBO in Alamosa, Colorado. Beautiful view of Mt. Blanca and other peaks. House amenities included deck with chairs and a grill, living room with futon and kitchen area, large bathroom with full size washer/dryer, separate bedroom with queen bed. Pet friendly (large dog crate provided), as well as a mud room for skis, shoes, jackets, etc. We loved the quiet outside at night. Would book again if we pass through the area.“

"Von Umweltfreundlichkeit und Müllvermeidung ist beim Frühstücken in den USA grundsätzlich wenig zu spüren. Dieses Hotel ist aber (auch im Vergleich mit anderen Holiday Inn‘s) der Hammer: Jede Toastscheibe ist extra eingepackt!!! Wahnsinn!"

"Ein Hotel aus den 1930er? Jahren mit entsprechender Einrichtung. Wir wurden direkt herumgeführt. Der Fahrstuhl und die Bar (leider geschlossen) haben schon was nostalgisches. Wir hatten riesige, massive Betten. Frühstück war ordentlich. Im Ort selbst ist nicht viel los, so dass auch nur wenige Zimmer belegt waren."
