Eine späte Anreise war nach einer kurzen E-mail problemlos möglich, genaue Anweisungen gab es ebenfalls per E-mail ein paar Tage vor der Anreise. Lediglich auf die 100USD Endreinigung hätte etwas deutlicher hingewiesen werden können.“

It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)“

„Everything as described. We had a comfort stay for 9 nights at the cabana. The cabana is not too big but fine for a family with 2 kids. Unfortunately the doors to the bathroom are a little bit thin so that you can hear everything when someone is in the bathroom during the night. We loved the provided cruiser to read to the beach and boardwalk. After returning in the evening, relaxing in the hot tube was really wonderful. Communication with Kate and Paul was nice and easy.“

Due to the recent storms, there has been construction out front for our past two stays, but our stays were still great and the construction actually made the street more quiet.
