„Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise und hatten ein komfortables Appartement in einer ganz neuen Anlage. Eine späte Anreise war nach einer kurzen E-mail problemlos möglich, genaue Anweisungen gab es ebenfalls per E-mail ein paar Tage vor der Anreise. Lediglich auf die 100USD Endreinigung hätte etwas deutlicher hingewiesen werden können.“

„We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!“

„I just finished a relaxing short two night stay at the Seascape studio suite. Upon arrival, I found the suite had not been cleaned, but after calling Munish, he quickly rounded up the cleaning crew. After a beautiful low tide sunset walk on the beach, I returned to find it immaculately welcoming. The suite has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation on Monterey Bay. I can’t wait to escape the busy Bay Area again and enjoy another serene experience. ...

„Everything as described. We had a comfort stay for 9 nights at the cabana. The cabana is not too big but fine for a family with 2 kids. Unfortunately the doors to the bathroom are a little bit thin so that you can hear everything when someone is in the bathroom during the night. We loved the provided cruiser to read to the beach and boardwalk. After returning in the evening, relaxing in the hot tube was really wonderful. Communication with Kate and Paul was nice and easy.“

"wir hatten ein beach house gemitet und gingen davon aus, dass es am beach war. das war es nicht. außerdem gingen wir von 2 schlafzimmern aus, tatsächlich war das 2. schlafzimmer ein klappbett im wohnzimmer. insgesamt finde ich es aufgrund dieser einschränkungen zu teuer."
