First impressions are everything. As you enter, take in the well appointed open floor plan with high end decor and impeccable taste. You will be welcomed by 10 foot vaulted ceilings, warm lighting and fixtures, and plenty of natural light as well.

The spectacular kitchen features peninsula bar seating, high end custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all of the kitchen amenities you need for cooking in or bringing home take-out.

The main floor features the primary bedroom with king bed and attached, full en-suite bathroom complete with all glass shower and a jacuzzi tub for 2. No detail is overlooked. Prepare for a night out on the town with a full length (nearly floor-to-ceiling mirror).

55" Smart TVs are located in the living room as well as the primary bedroom. You will also find the laundry room with front load washer/dryers and the community half bath on the main floor.

Make your way out the rear door where you will find a comfortable outdoor sectional sofa within our fully covered patio. Ground level lighting will guide you along the stone steps to the hot tub, warm, bubbly, and perfect for 2-4 people.

Dry off and enjoy a bourbon or a glass of wine in the basement bar/entertainment area. Here you will find a mini fridge and wet bar with bar seating for 4 and cocktail hour leather lounge chairs for 2. This area also offers a 70 in curved TV, "organizable" sofa the whole group can share, pool table, and arcade games.

On the way down you may have noticed something unique...our walk-in "safe" is more like a speakeasy! It's definitely a conversation piece for your friends when you return home! Entry to the speakeasy style room requires a code to unlock the safe for entry. This beautiful addition is enclosed with floor to ceiling custom stone walls.

Completing the basement area is the basement bedroom with twin size, futon style sleeping area and a full bathroom.

On the upper level you'll find the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are connected by a Jack and Jill style full bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

The other bedroom contains 2 twin size beds and is accessible by making your way through the 2 entertainment room.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
