„Lovely bungalow in a nice location“

„We had a great stay at the Beach House. The beach is very close and we have made many trips. On rainy days we could make ourselves comfortable in the lovingly furnished house. We lacked nothing. We especially liked the garden - and so did our dog. :-) The hostess Maxine was very kind and always available and helped us with questions. In summary: We had great holidays, for which the long journey from Switzerland was definitely worth it! :D“

„Beautiful property. The hosts literally have thought of everything you need for a perfect stay. Such a generous and very much appreciated welcome pack, especially as we arrived fairly late. Great communication from the host. Only a short drive from beautiful Lincoln. Although we stayed in the grounds of the host’s home it still felt incredibly private. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very dog friendly. We would love to visit again. Thank you for everything Andy.“

The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, the house is so well equipped and has literally everything you could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous and so responsive and even included a welcome basket with wine, treats and bread and milk. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, amenities and house in general. „Absolutely loved staying at the Dairy Barn, it was so comfortable and Jayne our host had put a lot of time and care ensuring that there’s everything needed for a home from home feel. The Barn is in a great location in a very pleasant village, just a few miles from lots of attractions and heritage sites. „We stayed at 31 for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the property it is very stylish and has everything you need they have thought of ever plus we were left a bottle of Prosecco and milk whuch was a nice suprise. The communication with the hosts was excellent before and during our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and great that there is tvs in all rooms.“
