„The pub was very friendly and welcoming. Pub food was good with friendly service. Good beer & nice wine. Ruby was very accomodating. Room awkward to get to (certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues) being on the 1st floor but up some really awkward turning stairs. „Lovely hotel. Great location Very good breakfast although layout could be improved to aid flow of people. Complimentary cookie was delicious and much appreciated. One lift out of order which meant there were queues for lifts due to height of the building Parking under arches was great as all hotel parking had gone Cold in the rooftop bar and service was very slow“

„I had several problems with my stay at this hotel. it‘s more like a motel in a bad condition. The price is way too high for what you get. It is old and probably nothing was renovated during the opening many years ago. My AC was leaking and almost destroyed my laptop, had to change room (I was not the only one during my stay). You can’t open the windows in the rooms. Both rooms were musty and in poor condition. I woudn‘t recommend to choose this hotel and would not go there again.“
