„Our family of four adults had a very nice stay, while we were in the area visiting relatives for a week during the winter. The house was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was large, well stocked, with a good size table and bright lighting. The living room had lots of comfortable seating. Both bathrooms were good sized. The large garage looked like it was well stocked for summer fun. The owners had the house nicely decorated, and the driveway was clear of snow.“

„Had such a great experience! Communication with everyone is amazing and fast. The rooms are huge and everything you need and more! “

„I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place.“

„We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's wedding. I received check-in details via text, which was very convenient. The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!“

„Clean, modern, bright and comfortable place with easy peasy check-in and out. The design was really cool and everyone in my party was comfortable. I appreciated the book of instructions and all of the local food and entertainment recommendations. The owners are clearly thoughtful people. The only thing I’d do differently next time is bring my own pillow because those provided were all pretty thick and I just happen to prefer a thinner one. Thanks for a great stay in a fun city! “

„The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations. The kitchen came well equipped, we had plenty of towels and the beds were all clean and comfy. “

„My family came into town for an event in Grand Rapids but wanted to stay in a VRBO outside of town. This cabin was perfect for our needs. From the moment we walked in - it felt like home to us for the time we stayed there. The house was spotless and we treated it as our own. „The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids.“

"We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog hairs all over the place. We would not book this hotel again. "
