„My parents live in town so it was lovely to have all my family to stay at this Vrbo and be able to celebrate with my Dad! The house was perfect..the rooms were spacious and the kitchen bathroom areas were so clean! The host was very accommodating and communicated with me very quickly!“

„There were so many great amenities included with this stay. A very modern, energy efficient and health conscious guest house. Our favorite parts were the wood-burning stove, wrap around deck, fully stocked, high-end kitchen, heated towel rack and bathroom floor, and a very remote location. A small-town getaway within an hour's drive of downtown Boston.“

„The rental was clean and had the perfect location. I love the lake in the back with the kayaks and the fire pit. This rental is about 40 minutes from Boston and 40 minutes to an hour from Salem depending on traffic. Around 2 and a half hours from the white mountains. Cons: I wish there was a washing machine and dryer on property, would have made it easier for me since I have a baby that is spitting up all over his clothes. „We had an amazing time and comfortable stay. You’re close to amenities and easy access to and around Boston and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was safe and close to families and collage students, but still quiet. The host and house were fantastic and we didn’t have any issues. „The home was beautiful and clean. When we had an issue with the shower maintenance came and fixed it within a half hour! Our family enjoyed the space and felt very comfortable there! The area was close to stores and the expressway making it easy to get what we needed and where we had to go! Highly recommend this place and rental company! “

„We had a wonderful time with three adults, a baby, and toddler. The home had many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and comforting. It was nice for the kids to have toys and a pak n play ready. The outdoor hot tub and coffee bar were amazing. Comfortable beds and linens. If we are ever in the area again we will be back! A warning to guests that it was a smart house. Took us a little time to learn but was no big issue. “

„The house was absolutely gorgeous and spotless upon arrival, comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 kids from 1y-7y. House has everything you need for your stay, we were so appreciative Theresa put up a baby gate, pack n play, booster seats and children’s dishes for us. We loved the coffee station. House is in a beautiful setting and close to farms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!“

„Thanks for a lovely stay Steve. We really enjoyed our time at the Rum Runner. It's great that the house has two sections so the adults can sleep in while the kids play. The game room was lots of fun and the back living room so comfy and cozy. The beds were also very comfortable. Thanks for the snacks and drinks! Very thoughtful!“

„I give this place 3 stars, its a nice place with a good amount of room but there are a few issues. Our stay was Monday - Friday, just 2 adults. Pros - lots of room. Cons - no ac. There is a portable ac unit on wheels in the bedroom however, the exhaust vent goes behind a curtain to the window but not outside. There is no way to open the window for the exhaust vent to take the hot air outside so it just pumps all the hot air back into the room. Be prepared to wake up at 7:30am every morning ...
