The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove top, oven, microwave, regular size fridge and freezer and has a large kitchen bench with stools.

There is a large spacious lounge and dining area with a fireplace and a reverse cycle air-conditioner and ceiling fans to cater for all seasons.

Our relaxing lounge area contains a large comfortable leather lounge, flat screen tv, cd player/hifi and a separate two-seater leather sofa situated next to the fireplace complete with antique chess table. For entertainment we also provide an assortment of board games, card games, books and DVD’s for all to enjoy.

Enjoy eating meals at our formal 8-seater dining suite whilst gazing at views from two large windows.

There are also many outdoor seating areas situated under the verandas including a lounge and outdoor dining table overlooking stunning views of the property and during winter months enjoy sitting around the firepit.

The cottage has 3 comfortable bedrooms suitable for 6 adults - two rooms with queen beds and one room with two king singles and each bedroom has ceiling fans and large breezy windows with views.

There is 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets and a large well-equipped laundry with washing machine and an outdoor clothesline.

Take a leisurely stroll around our 200 acre property to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spectacular views of the valley. Meet the 4 rescue horses that reside in the paddocks and watch birdlife and the abundance of wild kangaroos that roam the land. In the evenings you may even see echidnas.

The property also has an orchard containing citrus trees, figs and olives and when the fruit is ripe you are welcome to pick and enjoy during your stay.

Its remote rural setting and dark skies is also a perfect destination for stargazing so feel free to bring your telescope to witness a truly spectacular solar experience.

The property is also close to wineries, restaurants and local Chittering, Bindoon and Bullsbrook shops and attractions. 

For the safety of horses and wildlife residing on the property, we sadly do not allow dogs to be brought onto the property.
