„Quiet spot out of the city but not too far from Hudson Valley sites. Large vaulted space, fresh eggs from the hen house next door, sky full of stars at night. Great host!“

„We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!“

„Beautiful, relaxing stay at this home in Saugerties. We loved the private location yet very close to Woodstock and Saugerties. Nick’s communication was fantastic, responding quickly to our questions. Safe, easy, flexible check in and check out. Inside was mix of rustic cabin and modern appliances, super clean. 100% recommend to anyone. “

„Our family enjoyed our time at the property- it was a great place for us all to gather. The property managers were incredibly helpful and responsive to the few things that needed attention during our stay. The pool area is the shining star of this home. You can expect the house/ furnishings to be in mostly good shape and as photographed-. The layout of the bedrooms/ shared bathrooms did surprise us a bit despite careful review of photos and listing video tour. Overall great stay!“

„ Beautiful house! Great location! The house overall exceeded our expectations! A bit bright in the mornings, good to know in case you are looking to try and sleep in. King bed in the master is super comfortable and the shower is awesome! Would definitely stay again.“

„Escaped Long Island’s noise, traffic and overall stress . Listened to owls, watched birds soaring, kicked up leaves and gazed at the periwinkle colored mountains while perched on a bench. Felt safe enough knowing civilization was near enough, would have liked a landline phone just in case of an emergency “

„We spent a weekend in the chalet and we loved it. It was great, close to the city (we enjoyed Saturday walk and lunch outside). The property is beautiful, so peaceful, quiet and just perfect. Exactly what we needed. Richard was a great host. Our dog loved the grass and nature, and we loved our private balcony We had great time and looking forward to coming back in summer. “

„Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. “

„2 nights in a delightful cottage. It is small but delightfully appointed. The highlight was this clean, warm little cottage is perched directly on swft stream. We left the backdoor open at night!“

„We were in the area for a wedding. The house was great. Hot tub was fabulous. Beautiful couple of days. Just one note for safety: the metal railing on the left side of the steps from the driveway heading up to the house is coming loose or rather, is very, very loose so as to not be useable. Just could be a bit dangerous particularly at night. Otherwise, was absolutely lovely.“

The welcome book had clear instructions, there were great lawn games, lots of suggestions to eat too.
