Everyone is welcome here. The top-floor apartment without elevator is furnished to a very high standard with a chic design. The entire interior was purchased in 2023. The city center is only 500m away. To the beach only 22 km (Travemünde). Fast internet is also available.

You can start your day in summer with a beautiful view over the city.

The following parking spaces are available:

1)We have 2 permanently allocated covered parking spaces for 15,- per week each, subject to availability
2) Free public parking directly in front of the building
3) free public parking in the side street opposite the accommodation
4) public parking spaces for 2 hours free of charge to the right of the building - signposted

The location of the apartment is ideal:
- Only 500m to the city center!
- only 650m to the main train station!
- The city center is beautiful and has many historic buildings.
- In winter, the city center hosts the most famous Christmas market in town.

The city is beautiful, generally very historic with many buildings that are over 800 years old, in the center you can walk to the famous Holstentor. At Christmas time there is a wonderful and famous Christmas market.

- For stays of more than 7 days we have to arrange an additional cleaning service. We think sustainably and want to maintain the condition of the apartment. There may be an additional cleaning charge.

Due to the registration law, a registration form must be filled out before check-in and a copy of the ID must be sent.
1) Check-in from 15:00. Check-out until 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out for a fee, subject to availability. If the cleaning work is delayed by the guests, the guests are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.


2) Please contact us if you wish to make a reservation in your own place of residence. Reservations must be made within your place of residence without prior agreement.


3) Smoking, partying and excessive volume are not permitted, not even in common areas (e.g. corridors). Room volume applies. Violations of the smoking ban will be subject to a fee of EUR 300 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repair. Open fires such as shisha, barbecues or others are prohibited!


4) Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. The same applies to keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes. Guests are obliged to report any damage immediately.


5) Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.


6) Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50 EUR per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.


7) Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with accompanying pets are asked to contact us prior to their stay.


8) Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the accommodation to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.


9) Energy consumption: Due to the energy crisis, please be careful with energy consumption. Please support us in this. Please ensure sufficient ventilation in the cold months by airing the rooms (open the windows completely for approx. 5 minutes). Electronic devices that you bring with you must not be operated permanently. Energy (electricity, gas, heating) may only be used for normal residential purposes (average consumption of one person/accommodation).


10) We provide a crib for families. Please contact us if you would like to use it. Otherwise the apartment is not completely childproof. Parents are liable for their children. We assume no liability.


11) By making a reservation, all guests agree to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not adhere to the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs and expenses. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the accommodation without refund. We work with a security company that enforces house rules in the event of non-compliance. The staff of this security company wear a body cam (camera recording + sound recording) during operations. The main guest bears the costs for the deployment.


12) Intermediate cleaning, change of bed linen during the stay for an extra charge.
