It is a mixed Lübeck neighborhood, very central to the city center and train station. No noisy businesses.

The city is beautiful, generally very historic with many buildings that are over 800 years old, in the center you can walk to the famous Holstentor. At Christmas time there is a wonderful and famous Christmas market.

The following parking spaces are available:

1)We have 2 permanently allocated covered parking spaces for 15,- per week each subject to availability - 120m away.

2) 2 public parking spaces for 2h free of charge directly in front of the building - 5m away

3) free public parking spaces in the side street "Dornestraße". The street is directly opposite the accommodation. Only approx. 20m away.

4) Public paid parking spaces to the right of the building. Approx. 10-15m away.

Around the accommodation:
Walking is ideal in this popular town. You can rent a bike for a trip into the countryside. There is a lot of nature around the town.
However, there is also the option of renting scooters, cars, etc.
There are also buses and trains to take you to the beach. We have several beaches nearby: Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand, Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, etc.


LOCATION:
The location of the apartment is ideal:
- Only 500m to the city center!
- Only 650m to the main train station!
- The city center is beautiful and has many historic buildings.
- In winter, the most famous Christmas market in the city takes place in the city center.

- Early check-in and late check-out can be booked for an additional charge and subject to availability.
- We also offer a cleaning service during your stay for an additional charge.
- Baby crockery free of charge

- Baby bath for an extra charge
- Baby high chair for an extra charge
- For stays of more than 7 days we have to arrange an additional cleaning service. We think sustainably and want to maintain the condition of the apartment. There may be an additional cleaning charge.
- For longer stays (weeks or months) additional towels and bed linen are available. Everything can be arranged with us :)

Due to the registration law, a registration form must be filled out before check-in and a copy of the ID must be sent.
1) Check-in from 4:00 p.m. Check out by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or later check-out for a fee, subject to availability. If the cleaning work is delayed by the guests, the guests are liable for the resulting costs.

2) Please contact us if you would like to make a reservation in your own place of residence. This way we avoid parties.

3) Smoking, partying and excessive noise are not permitted, not even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will be subject to a fee of EUR 300 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repair. Open fires such as shisha, grills or others are prohibited. Room volume applies

4) Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Likewise keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. Guests are obliged to report any damage immediately.

5) Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities prohibited.

6) Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation is not allowed. We charge EUR 50 per night of reservation for each non-approved guest.

7) Pets not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals should contact us before their stay.

8) Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the property to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9) Energy consumption: Due to the energy crisis, please be careful with energy consumption. Please ensure there is sufficient ventilation in the cold months by opening the windows completely for approx. 5 minutes. Electronic devices brought along may not be operated permanently. The energy (electricity, gas, heating) may only be used for normal residential purposes (the benchmark is the average consumption of a person/accommodation).

10) We provide a cot for families if required. Otherwise the apartment is not completely childproof. Parents are responsible for their children. We assume no liability.

11) By making a reservation, all guests undertake to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not adhere to the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs and expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the accommodation without refund. We work with a security company that enforces house rules in the event of non-compliance with the house rules. The staff of this company wears a body camera (camera recording + sound recording) during operations. The main guest bears the costs for the operation.

12) Intermediate cleaning, change of bed linen during the stay at an additional cost.
