„The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food.“

„I had high hopes for this hotel. It’s not worth what we paid for. You’re basically paying for an overpriced cabin that has moldy toiletries, and really bad service. No one was even there to welcome you. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Philippines. Please don’t waste your time or money! If you’re in Alaminos you might as we’ll go to Thunderbird resort for the experience & great service. “

„The advertised photos no longer represents the property, it is now run-down, unsafe, dirty and smells of sewage. They advertised a restaurant called Blue Mikey that is also a run-down place that is filthy! When checking in i looked over and it still had dirty pots and dishes from several days passed by appearances and along with dirt on counter. I have saw homeless encampments that looked better. Once i checked in and looked at the place i immediately turned around and left.“
