„The apartment was ok. the bathroom sink was quite small that water would spill when used, not all the appliances in the kitchen were operational (stove top and oven not working). „We were a family of four with a dog on a 3-week trip through Scotland. Since we didn't have much space for luggage, the priority when choosing accommodation was that there was a washing machine and dryer. The description of the property said that there was a dryer, but unfortunately that's not true. When we arrived it was pouring with rain, we were completely soaked and frozen. „Eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden (wichtig, wenn man mit dem Auto in Oban ist, da die Straßen oft sehr eng und Parkplätze Mangelware sind). Und über einen Fußweg ist man in ein paar Minuten im Stadtzentrum mit seinen Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen, mit viel Grün herum. Der Gastgeber ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne gute Tipps, was man in der Nähe unternehmen kann. ...

„We arrived to the property and received a warm welcome with lots of thoughtful extras. The property is immaculately presented and full of homely touches which make it a real pleasure to stay in. The location of the property was ideal for our day trips exploring the local area. We had beautiful weather throughout our stay too which just enhanced our break. „From the get-go, the host was responsive to questions. We had 7 adults in our group and everyone had their own bedroom and many had their own bathroom. The house is immaculately kept and the photos are spot-on. This estate home is cleaner and appointed nicer than a number of 5 star hotels I've stayed at throughout the world. „Spent a few nights in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the town. The rooms are comfortable, and all amenities available. Everything is modern (e.g. to have USB outlets for charging phones etc.). Breakfast was great, und staff very helpful. Parking is not possible just directly at the hotel, but there are public parking spaced nearby, so parking was not an issue. Recommendation: Book a seaview room, great for the view and watching the ferries arriving/ departing.  ...
