„After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned. The room is very spacious and well equipped with water cooker and even tea and coffee. The bed is comfy. The only minus I can think of is that it is not really sound proof.
