"This was one of the best hotels I have ever experienced worldwide. Because of its rather small size, there is a possibility to establish a real relationship with the guests and it adds to the quality of the service. The owners are present every day and make sure that everybody is being well taken care of. My daughter had her birthday during our stay and she received a royal treatment free of charge - a cake, beautiful gifts and a desert tour to see the sunset. The managers also seem to care about their employees, which results with their natural reaction to provide the best service to the guests so at the end everybody is happy. The rooms are unique and decorated with natural and original details, giving a feeling of home rather than of a hotel. They are dark but I guess you learn to appreciate it in the Egyptian heat. Breakfasts are NOT a buffet and this is great because it doesn’t create a big food waste and ensures freshness. You basically get what you order, along with some local products that change every day. The restaurant menu also changes daily and it’s short, which is great for the same reason as above. The pool is really heated, meaning that it’s a pleasure to swim in it also after the dusk. There is a free boat service to the other side of Nile and you can also order a pickup on the way back. Small point for improvement: our towels got changed every day although it wasn’t really needed. It would be great to have an option to skip it, for environmental reasons."

"Good price valued Hotel closest to the Nile. Make sure you have a room the Nile side. city view means street view and noisy traffic as from the morning. But reception helps to find better room "

"Ein sehr nettes, direkt am Nil gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Nil View Zimmer und der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Am frühen Morgen sah man die Ballons aufsteigen über dem Tal der Könige und Abends die wunderschön belechte Stadt, Westbank, Cruise Schiffe usw. Was mir etwas Übel aufstößt, ist die Aufdringlichkeit der Menschen, wenn man das Hotel verlässt. Da ich in Ägypten lebe, ist mir das bekannt. Aber so schlimm habe ich es noch nirgendwo im Land erlebt. Aber dennoch das Hotel perfekt, große Auswahl, trotz nur kontinentalen Frühstücks. Ich besuche das Hotel gerne wieder "

"Its a little paradise there, the garden and the whole island is amazing, there are 3 pools (2 very large) and the superior rooms are just having a fantastic view on garden, Nil river and the valley of kings. I hope I can go there again."

"Positif: La chambre est spacieuse. La piscine est bien. L’hôtel se situe loin de tout, ça n’a pas été un inconvénient pour nous Négatif: La restauration est cher (18$ le plat) pour le pays. On a demandé un taxi et nous avons payé 15€ pour aller sur la east bank seulement l’allée alors que l’allée retour et nous attendre lors de notre visite était 20€. "
