The Farm Valley Inn was built in late 1800’s as a basement house by one of the early pioneer families of Wayne County. The house was renovated in the 1930s, the 1990s and then by us to share with our guests. The home is centrally located for touring the magical places of Southern/Central Utah. The house is about 20 miles from Capitol Reef National Park which offers hundreds of miles hiking and touring. The house holds views of Boulder and Thousand Lakes Mountains and is only 20 min to Fishlake high top.
The house in Lyman is only about 20 miles from Capital Reef National Park, 90 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park, 60 miles from Hanksville, 50 miles from Boulder, and very close to trails leading into Thousand Lakes and Boulder Mountains for fishing, hunting, and wildlife viewing
The home has Kitchen/Dining/Family room in one area for easy get-togethers. There's a television in the Living room and the Family room with streaming capabilities. There's a good-sized patio with barbeque for grilling.
The Valley has wonderful temperatures in the spring and summer and early fall. It is cold in the winter with periods of snow.
