The space:
Three bedrooms (upstairs), two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, parlor, dining room, office space in the third bedroom complete with a convertible sitting/standing desk and large monitor, and front and back porches. The living room has a couch suitable for sleeping: extra bedding is provided in the closet of the first upstairs bedroom. Ample linens and towels are bleached between uses for freshness.
NOTE TO LARGE GROUPS: the house next door is also on VRBO. Both houses can be booked, accommodating up to 17 guests! Inquire for details.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house. There is a locked bedroom which will remain completely unoccupied during your stay. The basement is also locked off and unoccupied. Laundry is available to guests free of charge (first floor across from the dining room). First aid kit in drawers left of fridge. Fire extinguisher in lower cabinet immediately left of fridge. There is a portable wheelchair ramp on the right side of the porch for accessing the bottom floor. Please keep in mind that all bedrooms are on the second floor and thus not wheelchair accessible.

Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. There is a $300 fee for smoking or vaping inside. Please use one of the porches for any smoking or vaping. Thank you.
