DIFY Paradis - 10 Min centre ville de Lyon

This modern duplex is ideally located 10 minutes by public transport from the city center of Lyon. Recently renovated, it is very well equipped and ideal for a business trip or a family stay. (5 floor without elevator)

This 37 m² duplex is located in an old building. Completely renovated and bright, it is composed as follows:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen to make good Lyon specialties, a dining area and a relaxation area
- A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A mezzanine offering an additional double bed (140x200 cm)

At your disposal, you will also find an iron and storage space.
We provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules for your first awakening.
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay. The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys. In case of independent entry, we ask you to send us a photo of your identity document.
Arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an additional charge will be requested:
- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: €20
- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €20
No reception after 11 p.m. will be made.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline.
