He had the pool heated for us, the kayaks and lily pad set up, and he even replaced the batteries on the jet skis so we could have them too. „The house was very clean, however it does need some upkeep. Broken slider handle, musty smell from bonus room ac/heat unit. Balcony handrail is loose. Overall the housekeeping was on point! Had enough kitchenware/appliances. Things to do around the house (fishing, hiking, cave exploring was fantastic. Springfield and Branson are closely located for more fun to be had. Check in and check out were easy. Owner was available for all questions.“
