„We should have stayed a bit longer, Tom's cottage is perfect to calm down and relax after a long and intensive sightseeing road trip through USA and Canada. No motor boats on the lake, the next busy road quite far away - best place to relax. We liked also on evenings to make BBQ with the gas grill and the camp fire in the fire pit . I hope there is a next time to get there.“

„Very convenient/ideal location. Right on the water on one side, and across the street from an excellent general store for all our needs. Town is cute and nice for walking around. Wonderful bookstore in town. Town Park with a beach. Cottage had all we needed for a great stay. Has its own dock and is near the public boat ramp, so next time think we will bring our jetski.“

„The cabin is located in a beautiful setting, right at the lake. The interior is very spacious and the kitchen and bathroom both well equipped. The bedrooms are also light and well furnished. There is plenty of gear for outside activities. Communication with Louis, the owner went very smooth and easy. It is an ideal place for the summer season. Our trip was early October and we had some ice and it started to snow.“

„Our group of 9 genuinely enjoyed our 5 day stay at this beautiful property. It was truly a home away from home where you can find everything you need for comfy living inside and the outside offers child friendly clear lake water with sandy bottom. On the good weather days we enjoyed swimming, paddleboarding, fishing or just sunbathing on the deck, and of course a breathtaking sunset. When the weather was not cooperating, we visited the Algonquin Logging Museum and simply enjoyed the raw beauty ...

„The house was just what I needed. I Would recommend to others. Unfortunately, the entire time I was only there for a few hours to sleep only, as it was a photographer trip. However, what I can say is that it’s cozy, great bed, all the amenities you need (cookware, BBQ) nicely set back on the property for privacy. The host was great! She was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I hope to go back with hubby but next time spend more time and relax there. “
