„I came up for the Orioles-Blue Jays game and was blown away by the customer service. My room was exactly in the area I requested, plus it was clean and comfy. Hotel clerk gave me a water bottle upon check-in. There was a party next door to my room at night, but within five minutes, security had them leaving the room. „Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “

„The hotel is nice and conveniently located near John Hopkins University. However, the city of Baltimore is economically depressed and full of graffiti and vacant properties. There were a few homeless people oitside sleeping on the sidewalk. The hotel is nice - and likely one of the best in the city. But the town needs help. No need to go outside. They had a nice jazz band playing when we arrived. Bed was comfy. “
