This spacious Italianate style townhouse built in 1870 is nestled in the heart of downtown Madison just 2 blocks from the river. The house is beautifully furnished with ample amenities for optimal guest comfort & convenience. The decor reflects the rich steamboat history of the city. The home adjoins Madison Manor I which can be booked separately. Shared patio includes a hot tub, fire pit, and grill.

The adjoining townhouses have doors that lock from both sides for security and privacy. If you book both townhomes, simply unlock both sides to pass freely between the two.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with super comfy queen beds and a full bath. The front bedroom has a memory foam mattress and a 38” Roku TV. The back bedroom has a Tuft and Needle mattress and a 31” Roku TV. Ear plugs are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Downstairs, there is a living room, dining room with en suite half-bath, a full kitchen, and a game room. In the listing, the game room is actually described as Living Room 1. It is actually an additional living area in the back of the house that doubles as a game room and extra bedroom with 2 twin size futon chairs and bed linens. It also includes a dart board, Madisonopoly, and additional games.

The main living room has a 42” Roku TV and seating for 5.

The gorgeous kitchen is well appointed with a copper farmhouse sink, high-end stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to get cooking including pantry basics, pots and pans, and more.

The dining room parlor seats 6. There is a desk workspace and a sitting area for reading with an array of steamboat books for all ages.

Unplug in the game room with fun for the whole family! There are vintage barrel-style table and chairs, a poker set, a dartboard, board and card games including Madisonopoly, and (coming soon!!!) a mini home theater with Bluetooth projector and pull down screen. This room sleeps 2 with futon chairs that convert to twin beds.

The shared patio has a hot tub, grill, fire pit, outdoor eating area, and ample seating.
