„This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. „This property and home was unbelievable! The pictures do not do it it justice, I've been telling all my friends and family about this and showing my photos of the unique home. The octagon shape with the fireplace as the centre of the main room is beautiful. When we first arrived it felt like an adventure to learn the home. „Everything was as described and well managed. The host was very responsive and any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils etc. The hot tub was a wonderful source of relaxation and entertainment. „The location was beautiful, and peaceful. The only thing I can strongly suggest is bring lots of bug spray. Lounging by the lake, soaking in the hot tub , and drinks by the fire pit. From losing in scrabble. To walking the trails with my furbaby. It was a pleasant stay in a warm and cozy cottage. The weather was gorgeous for most of the stay. We absolutely hated leaving this gorgeous cottage with lots of greenery.“
