Relaxing
My friends and I rented this house due to it's proximity to the Texas Renaissance Festival and it's ability to give everyone in the group their own private sleeping spaces. It was easy to find and close to many of the necessities we needed, like restaurants, grocery stores, the bank, and gas stations. The neighborhood was quiet, and the property is well maintained. The house is decorated minimally, but very still very nice. There was enough seating for us all to hang out in the living room after a long day out at the festival. There was hot water enough for all of us to shower. The beds were comfortable. It was a really nice stay. Thanks for providing a wonderful house in a great location for us to stay at!

Just what we needed
My family and I had come into town to attend a Funeral. We needed a place close to the Woodlands and to Magnolia. We also wanted a great place to relax and unwind after the Service. This house was just what we needed. It was convenient and it offered very comfortable accommodations. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a baby shower. Clean, plenty of room, and in the neighborhood next to where the shower was! Absolutely would recommend this property!

Comfortable and Simple
We traveled to the area for a wedding. There was plenty of space for myself, my husband, and our 4 kids. We didn’t spend much time in the VRBO except to sleep due to wedding activities but it was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy, coffee was provided, neighborhood was quiet. Jinelle was quick to respond when I had a question which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if traveling to Magnolia/Tomball/Houston.

We went to Texas to go to my nieces baby shower. This Vrbo was right around the corner so very convienent. The house was extremely clean and worked perfect for my family for our stay. We will definitely book again!
