„Die Safety Deposit Box hat nicht funktioniert und man war drei Tage lang nicht in der Lage diese zu reparieren. Wir mußten unsere Pässe offen im Zimmer rumliegen lassen... Es gab keinen Turndown-Service (nur bei VIP-Gästen). Was aber wirklich toll war, war das Frühstücksbuffet.“

„We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english“

„Sehr schönes Hotel im alten Stil. Riesige Zufahrt und Lobby. Zimmer ebenfalls geräumig. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Sehr nette Bedienung. Sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Lage ist nicht optimal. Zum Zentrum und den Restaurants ist man auf eine Fahrgelegenheit angewiesen. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung absolut perfekt.“

„Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel.“

„This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself ...

„All are decent except for breakfast, decent variety but taste no good. Service is good.“

„The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. “

„Ease of check-in/check-out. Some of the staff can communicate in basic English. The room was unhygienic from the roaches appearing in random places. Window handle was broken so couldn't get fresh air. Either had to on the aircon or go out for a walk for fresh air.“
