„This cottage is right at the waterfall (a spillway) at one end of a beautiful rustic enclave with a stream and pond. It's equipped with many outdoor amenities including a barbecue, firepit, deck, and Adirondack chairs. The inside is tastefully furnished, well lit, has modern appliances, and come with cooking staples and condiments, as well as welcome snacks. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We have family in the area, and they were very impressed too.“

„We recently had the pleasure of staying at Deer Hill in Warwick, NY, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is set on three-acre expanse in a lovely, and ultra-quiet neighborhood. It was an ideal home for our annual family gathering, which includes our 3 adult children, spouses and two young grandchildren.
