Very nice rooms and nicely structured property.
Personnel is very friendly but needs some training in terms of service, attentiveness, and attention to detail.
E.g. we were never introduced to the special dinner menu (not mentioned in their app nor anywhere else on the multiple ad posters and panels or in the digital menu of the Restaurant) only by asking if they offer any fish or seafood, where were introduced to this special menu, I don't understand how you cannot promote this or at least simply tell guests such menu is existing.
Room service took more than 1.5h for delivery.
The offered application for services is not monitored properly and requests are simply overlooked and need to be placed again via Phone. Not a big deal but either you offer an app service and deliver, or you just stick to classical phone service.
However, our request for additional water was always fulfilled and also other direct orders were taken care of instantly.
Beach beds with "used look", tables on the beach beds are not useable as the wooden parts are distorted so that you cannot place your glass. Glassware at the pool is plastic (which is fine) but pretty outworn.
Overall we had a good stay but the Level of service is lacking behind other 5* properties which can be easily solved by some additional training and some attention to details/renewing glasses, tables etc.
