„ At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. „Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Leider hat der Internetanschluss nicht funktioniert. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, zum Check Inn muss man nach Whistler fahren, das ist ärgerlich wenn man es vorher nicht weiß und außerdem kommt niemand bzw ist niemand erreichbar wenn man kleine Probleme hat wie eben z.B. den Internetanschluss. Parken kostet zusätzlich 20$ pro Tag. Hotelpersonal haben wir in der Lodge während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht ...

„Schöne geräumige und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Anlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nahe der Blackcomb Gonddla, nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Leider keine Klimaanlage. Es gibt aber Ventilatoren in der Unterkunft.“

„Positive : Newly furnished Negative : There is a big mismatch between presented pictures of bright appartments with balconies and scenic mountain views and the dark appartment which was offered to us. We directly contacted the owner and claimed that this is definitely what we were expecting. He apolgized that no pictures of the newly furnished appartments are presented(and still not presented three months later). Neither any alternative was offered nor any financial compensation. „Very convienent property that is "off-resort" but very close and easy to get to and from even during morning and evening rush to the slopes. Property has a large, oversize garage for larger vehicles. 3 floors with majority of bedrooms in the basement which is warm and comfortable. Main floor is just entry way, kitchen, living room, laundry, and restroom. Upstairs is master suite with large bathroom and a bunk bed which was perfect for youngsters. Kitchen was very adequate for our large group!“

„Snow was fantastic which made this location ideal. The property was clean and very close to the Village for nightlife. Only wish is that the bed was more comfortable. Sofa bed comfort is a given. I’d definitely book here again.“

„Wir waren positiv überrascht.“

„We had a lovely stay here—just as described. Very quiet but still close to the slopes. Creekside ski-out wasn’t yet open so you had to download on the gondola, but I’m sure that won’t last for much longer with significant snowfall. We were particularly impressed by how the owners utilized the small space (kitchen was surprisingly well stocked). There are indeed many stairs to get up to the unit, but it’s worth it :-). Pack light!“
