Please be aware your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on the day of arrival due to maintenance and water change.

Facilities
The swimming pool and gym facility will not be available until the 10/02/20.
Opening times for the gym and swimming pool are 6.30am-9pm Monday to Thursday, 6.30am-8pm Friday, and 8am-6pm Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Children must be supervised in the swimming pool at all times. Swimming ratios are: 1 adult to 1 child under the age of five years; 1 adult to 2 children between the ages of 5 and 7; children between the ages of 8 and 15 must have an adult supervising at all times, at least on poolside. No adult can supervise more than three children.

Please be aware that the power will be down on Wednesday 6th March between 9am – 4pm at Warren Lodges due to essential work being carried out by UK Power.
“Please be aware that preparations have been made for erosion protection works to begin at Hoe Mill Bridge at The Causeway, Woodham Walter later this month.

Works will start Tuesday 27 August and run until mid-November 2019. During this time it will be necessary for Hoe Mill Bridge to fully close to vehicles (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to allow heavy machinery and equipment to be manoeuvred on the highway, providing protection to the public and the workforce. Pedestrian access over the bridge will be maintained.

Appropriate traffic management and diversions will be in place. “

From Monday 2nd September 2019, reception and all facilities will be based in the marquee. All guests checking out this weekend are asked to visit reception here to complete necessary paper work. All future check in/outs are asked to visit reception in the marquee until we launch our new gym in December 2019.

Untill 03/02/2020 due to building works the gym and swimming pool will be out of use – please also be aware on 31/01/2020 the reception will only be open till 8pm for check ins.
