The Space:
Central Ranges by Tiny Away sits in the quiet country town of Malmsbury, just an hour's drive from the cities of Melbourne and Ballarat. A peaceful retreat situated in a beautiful heritage country town across from all the best sights of the Macedon ranges. Nearby Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens, The Stables - Malmsbury, and Golden Square in Bendigo.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the entrance on Baldry St., but not beyond the fence into the front house.
Guests should stay within the tiny home's fence line and refrain from entering the property on 50 Ross St. We advise guests to respect the privacy and security of other neighbouring properties.

- The Stables is a Mediterranean restaurant and pizzeria open from Thursday to Sunday, from 9 am to 10 pm.
- Golden Square is a charming family-friendly suburb of Bendigo, with scenic streets lined with classic and ultra-modern homes.
- Merchants of Malmsbury offers delicious meals and coffee and is a great place to stop on your way back to Melbourne.
- Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens and Castlemaine Botanical Gardens are a few of the nearby attractions that provide leisure walking tracks, a scenic drive, and a picnic area.
- Forest Glade Gardens, near Mount Macedon, is a historic private garden that spans fourteen acres with four distinct styles. It showcases vibrant seasonal changes, from autumn maples to spring blooms, and is known for its ponds, fountains, and statues.

By public transport:
- The train station is 1 minute
By flight:
- The nearest airport is Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), located about a 1-hour drive from Malmsbury.
- From Melbourne Airport, you can rent a car for a direct drive to Malmsbury.
- Alternatively, take a SkyBus from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne, where you can then take a V/Line train to Malmsbury.
- The train journey from Southern Cross to Malmsbury typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep in mind that gas BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
