Pet friendly condo walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Just steps from great hiking and mountain biking trails for the summer. Condo is cozy with gas fireplace, full kitchen, roomy master, 2 bathrooms, and underground garage parking. Condo has a strong reliable WiFi clocked at 200 mbps. Enjoy all the complex amenities--pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQs, tennis court, volleyball court, & basketball court. Must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs--condo is 2 floors above the garage.

Living Room:
Relax on either of two full sizes leather couches. Watch a movie on the 65" smart TV or simply relax and gaze at the fireplace wrapped up with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate. Additional guests can cozy up on the bunk bed that's discreetly tucked away in the back corner of the living room adjacent to its own beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a bathtub.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is completely remodeled with high end quarts counters, brand-new stainless-steel appliances custom cabinets and a unique solid oak T&G backsplash. Stocked for cooks, the kitchen is filled with all the cookware and supplies needed to whip up your family's favorite meal, or warm-up for a day on the slopes with your favorite cup of coffee.

Bar:
The bar features an oversized quarts counter with high top seating for 2 with access to USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 wall outlets for convenient phone and laptop charging. Great spot for working remote with a cup of coffee. Under the bar counter we have a secret bookshelf with an array of board games, card games and puzzles.

Bedroom:
Relax on a full-sized king bed equipped with a memory foam mattress and down comforter in the winter months. The bedroom is larger in size and has its own beautifully remodeled full-sized bathroom with shower, 40" smart TV and closet.

Parking:
The condo includes one dedicated, garaged parking space. Additional outdoor parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club features one of the best lineups of amenities of any complex close to the slopes. Amenities include:

As noted in the description, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to access the condo, we are 2 floors above the garage. There is no elevator, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

The road that brings you from Canyon Blvd to the complex (Mammoth Slopes Drive) is very steep. We highly suggest that all guests traveling to our condo in the winter months carry chains in their car at all times.
