You will be welcomed into a well-maintained and landscaped building entrance. The apartment is located on the sixth floor and comes fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay!
The living room has modern fittings throughout such as a sleek sofa, armchair, coffee table and floor lamp where you can relax and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV.
In the open plan kitchen and living areas, you will find a 4-seater glass dining table, perfect for socializing and enjoying your meals together.
Cook your favourite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and cutlery.
There is also an iron and washing machine so you can always stay fresh.
Wind down and use the free WIFI available around the house or in the two bedrooms.
Both double rooms are well-presented with fresh linen for a good rest and one has an en-suite bathroom for guests seeking more privacy. Each room features wardrobe storage space, bedside tables and lamps.
Sit back, relax and enjoy a bath in the sleek communal bathroom. It features a large mirror, toilet, overhead shower, basin and wooden storage counter.

When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.
We always do our best to keep each property is great condition as shown in the pictures, however please be aware - over time properties may experience some wear and tear, much like us mortal humans :)

House Rules
1. No smoking and no pets allowed; breaking this rule will incur a 250GBP fine.
2. Strictly no person(s) outside of the booking are allowed in the listing without prior approval. There will be a 250GBP charge if found breaking this rule.
3. If additional guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a 250GBP charge.
4. Please kindly refrain from making any excessive noise. Your reservation may be cancelled if we receive a complaint from a neighbour.
5. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 50 GBP for every extra hour of cleaning required.
6. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 50GBP per extra hour. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 10 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognise that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
8. Guests accept that on rare occasions there may be disruptions to the internet service, which are outside of our control. We aim to resolve any issues ASAP
9. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
10. No parties! This will automatically retain the full deposit.
